    Did you buy them through paypal? If so check your account, I didn't hear anything but the same day he recieved my bulbs he refunded my money to my paypal account.

    Prayers from us too. For sure spend every minute with him and if it is his time be there for him. I lost my father 2 years ago and I know what you are going through, he was my best friend and not a day goes by that I don't think of him. I was there until his last breath and will never regret that for sure. I hope he will pull through and you will have many more years with him, good luck.

    Ok I stand corrected, the first bike I have seen with only one fuse for the headlight. Now I know, never blew one.

    I don't think so but he is the supplier of the bulbs for Greenboat. The bulbs have been pulled and replaced by another type with a warning that they are not for motorcycles.

    The high and low beams are fused seperatly so it could be a fuse. If it is the bulb it can be changed by reaching up under the fairing and then there is a wire type fastener holding the bulb in after you pull the wire plug and rubber boot off. Be carefull and do not touch the glass on the new bulb or it will burn out right away.

    After Greenboat jerks refusing to answer my emails I emailed Jeff at Marinebeam and he told me he would be happy to refund the money I paid Greenboat for the lights. He said Greenboat was selling them for motorcycles which they should not have been doing because they were not intended nor DOT legal for motorcycles. I am glad there are still honest businesses like Marinebeam out there.

    Everything for all bikes is expensive, just like RVs, boats, airplanes and all the other big boy toys. It's just a part of happiness.

    Thanks to everyone, we put him to rest on Saturday and he never looked better, so peacefull lying there. I know he is in a better place now so I feel better. When my little brother was killed he had to have a closed casket and I never was able to fully accept that he was in there, much better this time because I was able to say goodbye and felt that he heard me.

    Rob, I too have been where you are and thought my life had come to an end. Let me assure you that is the last thing that will happen. I had just gotten back on my feet and living alone when the most wonderful person in the world came into my life, I won't say by accident because I feel it was meant to be. We never know why things happen to us but my divorce turned out to be the best thing that could have happen, otherwise I would never have met the love of my life. We have been married now for 20 years and are as happy as we were the first day. So just look at the your situation as a chance for a fresh start and get out there live life. You have friends here so take advantage of them and cheer up, things will get better.

    One of my best friends passed away suddenly Thursday. He was told only 2 weeks ago that he had lung and brain cancer while being treated for a bad cold at the hospital. The doctor told him that he may have up to a year left but only made 2 weeks. The bummer was no one knew but his wife, he denied anything was wrong and kept saying he hoped the cold would clear up so he could stop coughing. His way of dealing I guess. It was bad to have to say goodbye while he was lying in the casket. Makes one realize just how quick any of us could be gone. He was 73 and only retired 6 months ago. I tried for years to get him to quit so we could do some traveling in our RVs but he always said he would when he got more bills paid off. All I can say is if you can quit and enjoy life do it while you can still enjoy it, I know I am, my house is going on the market this spring and as soon as it sells you will see the wife and I passing you somewhere on the highway while we are visiting all the states. That is my goal anyway. Sorry for the rant but needed to vent a little. Merry Christmas to you all and I hope we all see the new year.

    I bought my 2000 this year with only 6,000 miles on it. The only parts I had to change were the original tires and I replaced all the wheel bearings at the same time. Of course I changed all the fluids also. It has gave me no trouble at all. The previous owner had already replaced the battery when I got it. I worried a little at first but it has turned out to be a great bike so you should be ok.

    We get a lot of that here due to the high humidity. I installed a small ceiling fan over the bikes and turn it on when the moisture starts to build up, the moving air stops the condensation on my bikes.

    I live in Crestview, Florida, right off I10 in the panhandle. I have plenty of room and you are very welcome to park here at my house if you want.

    This for sure noise radiating from the lights into the air because I can hook them up to a regulated power supply on the bench and they wipe out the radio on the wall of my garage.
