    We're planning on it. Have to get to some of these and see if the VR folks are real. I see KOA East is pet friendly. That means the wife can bring me and 2 creatures? We'll be in the little motor house with the blond 88 & coffin trailer & 2 Rottweilers. See ya there!

    Paints on. Lights in. Waiting on 'Chrome' wheels to get here. Still have to wire it and rub out a couple little runs in clear. C'mon spring!

    Hey Beer! It won't work. Don't try to do it. Just tell me where the trailer is and I'll buy it just to save you. So much for the BS. Seriously though, I've hauled a LOT of wheeled equipment over the years and found it best to secure the axle (s) and let the suspension help with the ride. IE, anchor BC's axle and let its springs work. This is not as practicle on bikes so make sure you have it tied and anchored GOOD. It's hard to watch your load in an enclosed. (unless you install a camera) Looks like it will make you a sweet setup.

    I'm gonna get rich selling junk on Ebay! I think that is the mentality of a lot of sellers. Take a minute to report the dirtbag sellers. Ebay doesn't like being screwed (when it happens to them that is)

    And carbs may be leaking gas into cylinder when setting. Neighbor kids crotch rocket did this, but he wasn't lucky enough to notice till motor blew. Hope you find the source soon.

    I'm the poster about running gears in reverse. I went through 3 rearends before finding the problem. The rears I was using (Pinto) DID NOT have a good mesh on back side. I found this after checking the 4th one. Reset mesh and that one lasted. Last I knew it had over 20,000 on it. POINT IS - you checked BEFORE just running that way. Now you can rest easy your rear won't leave you stranded. Trike-on!

    7/8" is correct. Yes the right is a little bigger to compensate for throttle. Don't try just 1 one the right and freak thinking you got the wrong set. They are left & right. My 88 had to have the worst feeling grips ever.

    I think it's a great idea. The big mirrors would allow more rear vision so if you're quick enough to ever see a gen1 coming, you can pull over to the side to avoid the air turbulance that you're about to experience. As mbrood said 'whoosh'

    Very cute little critter. 'Benelli' is a shotgun? I thought maybe you named him after the old motorcycles Sears sold. No matter what you call him, labs are great dogs.

    Cheer up Don. The F*RD was a good choice for a 1st car. Will teach him mechanical skills, won't go fast enough to worry about, and will make him appreciate a good car when he gets one.

    Just bought a GW trike body off ebay. Thinking about making my 88 a trike. Do you think I'll get grief by the Venture bunch for using GW parts on it? I just hope to make it different enough it won't be mistaken for a GW.

    All done as of 12-20. Mrs. made the "naughty" list quite a few times in the past year, so Santa got her some very nice gifts. As for myself, I will probably get a lump of coal and a bag of reindeer poo AGAIN. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD RIDE
