  1. OK I'm not an electrician. I can't read them lil squidly lines on blueprints. I would like to know how to hook up my new to me horns. I have a 30 amp relay I got at Autozone . Iwant to hook up thru my existing horn wiring if possible using it to fire the relay and the relay to fire both new horns. The rely has numbers on it that I know correspond to which wires I hook up. Am I making sense? The horns are stebal electric with 2 connectors so I'm assuming they are not self grounding. In other words what wire goes to 86 what to 85 and ect.? Sorry to be so dense.
  2. Sherry, I was shocked as well to log on this morning and read this news. Both Patsy and I will be much in prayer for you during this troubling time. May God wrap his loving arms around you and just hold you there.
  3. OOOPS I didn't know that either James. I just had that link saved from when I was contemplating building my trailer. I ended up going with the 12" wheels and tires so I didn't actually order from them.I'm not a golfer either. Sorry to have misled ya.
  4. Try this link, it has many differant styles to choose from. This link is curtosy of StevieMac....a member who went to the wing side but still peeks in now and then. http://www.buggiesunlimited.com/ __________________ This is from another thread, but these folks have some good looking stuff. Good luck Craig
  5. I have the 2357LL bulb in the stock taillamp. Same wattage as 1157 in run mode but brighter when braking. The Pilot LED brake lite bar under the trunk, with the pulsing led's attached to it. LED tag bolt lights, the led's from the truck stop mounted on a self fabricated polished aluminum plate mounted to the lower tag mounting bolts, and a led lighted brake light in the Venturedad hitch. I also have a lighted smiley face that I can put in the hitch receptical but I'm thinking about mounting it to the back of my trailer when I pull it:) I like to have people notice me from the rear ---so they won't run over me!
  6. I got some new leds from a truck stop near home. Light up my Angel's tail pretty good. Whatcha think?
  7. Allan I just got on and what a shock! I am so sorry for your loss. Patsy and I will keep you and your family in our prayers also. Lean on the Lord during this great sorrow. Craig & Patsy Long
  8. My wife and I were in the Smokie's last year and saw a wing with a small set of wheels that came down at the redlights and stop signs. Then automaticly went up at a certain speed. Cool and the best of both worlds, the couple on it looked to be in their 70's but the were enjoying the heck out of retirement! I have no idea what it was called or who makes it or if it would be availible for RSV but I told my wife then if we ever had to go the trike route that looked good to me. Still able to lean the curves and a little help in town. Your set up looks good. Post some more pics when it is all back together.
  9. Drebbin, I have a set of the Diamond R passenger pegs for sale. I have pics posted in another link. I put them on and my wife tried them for 3 trips and for her they don't work. She has a problem with her lower back and says they seem to put to much pressure on it when she puts her feet up on them. Most folks who have them say their wives love em but they wern't for mine. You can PM me for any more info if you are interested. Have a good day.
  10. We have two leaf blowers-1 we picked at a yard sale for 5.00. It is electric with low and hi on it. Mama likes it cause it is light weight and she can blow leaves out of her flower beds. Mine is the big macho backpack super blower grrrrrr:cool10: . I can blow leaves, small tree limbs, and all the shredded mulch out of mama's flower beds with it. I tried it on drying down the bike but it is strong for that. I use the electric one or my craftsmen shop vac. I like the shop vac best cause with the crevice tool it blows out the nooks and crannys better but not too much air to really blow anything loose.
  11. Another good thing to do is to use the led lights whenever possible since they draw a lot less current that standard lights. Juggler you really need more lights!
  12. I don't know who's trailer it was but at the Vogel ride in someone staying at the Best Western had one tied up that had made their own "swivel". It looked to me like they had cut the tongue right behind the hitch connector -welded in a plate- put a large 1/2 -mabe 5/8 bolt with washers between the 2 plates which let the hitch part turn. Don Roden and I looked at it. If you used a good grade 8 bolt this might be an idea worth looking into. Now if I have the trailer behind me I also have mama in the back seat so if I get into too much "lean angle" my ribs and ears start hurtin' from the punchin' and hollerin' in the intercom:no-no-no: I don't know who the trailer belonged to but it was tied to the second set of steps down from where Brad ,Redneck ans some of the others were staying. It was a homebuilt with a cartop carrier on it. Someone else might chime in that knows who it belonged to.
  13. Amen Bro Don. Thats the way I like it. uh huh uh huh!
