    Just now starting to get warm...power went out at 1700 last night just came back on at 0800 this morning....around 19 outside, got down to 44 in side.... Winter Sux............ WINTER > :moon:

    I was raised in NW Montana, the schools hardly ever closed... as far as liability goes, things have changed. When I was in 3rd grade, I slipped on the ice, did a face plant on the side walk of the school and busted out both front teeth.... my mom and dad never had a thought of holding the school responsable for that... now adays, the Lawyers would be all over that. when in high school, we would take the snow mobils to town to get food or what ever..... God bless Texas!!

    Diamond R for the back rest, I have baught parts from J&P Cycle before and had good luck, I am not sure if Diamond R sells the foot pegs or not.. I have purchased from Wing Stuff also, but the chrome was cheep and surface rusted pretty fast. I am sure some one ese will chime in.. Good luck! and hope this helped a little Kreg

    What kind of warranty do they have?? They look good in the pics, i have not seen one up close. I was shoping for a Nomad when I found the Venture, went with the Venture not knowing anything about it... think I made the right choice..

    Have you had your seat done??? and was it not what you needed??? I have Pillow tops, but it felt like my tailbone was sitting on the fender...every little bump hurt, it has not happened before, this is the longest I have rode with my back rest on the bike, wonder if it hasn`t changed my seating position in some bad way....hhhmmmmm

    Went for a 150Ml. ride yesterday, and for the first time, thought I was gonna die a slow terrible death... my tail bone hurt so bad, I thought I was gonna have to stop... well they are both, ( The seats, not the butt ) going to visit Mr. Buttler this week... We are planning on going to the international Rally and this problem will be solved before then... I still hurt this morning... maybe it was the pants I had on it was to cold to go camando with just my chaps.. Hopefully Rick is not too busy and can get to them pretty fast.... K

    Brad, Thoughts and Prayers go out for your Dads speedy recovery..... your not missing much here, we did get about 150miles in yesterday, but it s`pose to be cold all this next week, high for this next thursday is to be around 38... Hope all goes well, ya`ll take care.. Kreg
