Ok Nov 28th was the last time Yama mama was on the site. I know I'm not the only one worried about her. I've emailed and called as well as a few others, still no response. So if anyone can get in touch with Yama mama tell her to get her butt back on here. I don't live close enough to go and find where she lives. In regards to my recent thread about Post Whoring, my warped sense of humor sometimes wanders out where the busses don't run. My interpretation of a post whore was merely someone who makes a lot of posts, period. However, after going to Urban Dictionary I've discovered that is no longer the case, and the term has been elaborated on, categorized, molded, analized, and in general turned in to something not so nice. My original intent was just to attract your attention to congratulate you on wining the St Judes fleece auction, and not to criticize, insult, or bring any negative attention to you. I was out of line with my post, and do humbly apologize. Yama Mama is a fine example of the type of character that makes up this "Family" here. She is constantly spreading her joy to everyone and is a pleasure to know. I have never read anything negative she has posted, and am glad to know her...

Mama Laura is now on board. My hubby (RandyA)finally took the time to turn me on and get me set up. You must read all my messages real slow. That's how I type! I had such a GREAT time in Asheville. I was wondering what you were thankful for this Thanksgiving? Here is my list, but I am sure I forgot something. I am thankful for my family, my friends, my dog, my health, home, and I cannot forget all the members that I was fortunate to meet this year. I really enjoy this family of motorcyclists and all the friends that I get to spend time with in the chat room. You have made my life much more enjoyable and just plan fun. I love you all. Has any one else had the problem of dozing off on long rides. It has happened to me several times. I usually catch myself before actually falling asleep. The first time it happened we were heading home from Knoxville. I think it was around 2 AM and we were on the expressway. Ron had the music off and there I was fighting to stay awake. I know it is not a good thing. Just wondered if it happened to anyone else. I know Mini is going to make fun of me, but I thought I would ask if it is just me. Yama Mama

The one weekend that I had to do my clinical rotations for the Emergency Room coincided with the Texas Stampede. It is about a 5 hour ride from here, but I had all kinds of plans to leave right after my shift yesterday and then be back here in time to start the shift at 4 this afternoon, but my instructor called a study hall for yesterday for a refresher. (4 of the 6 of us failed the exam) I asked if I had to be there because I had passed (96%). She said that she wanted me to mentor the other students. I need this course for my potentially next career. I am a nurse already but the Army requires the civilian exployees (which I hope to be in March)to have a paramedic certification to teach the same thing that I have been doing for 25 years. I know JB, Tom and Maverick will bring great pictures and stories back, but Mama told me to stop whining to her, so I thought I would write it out. Sorry to complain. At least I can still ride all winter, and I know some of you already have Seafoam or Stabil in them looking forward to another early spring, so what do I have to complain about. Wow this is therapeutic. Thanks for the chance to vent. Wilkie PS UTAdventure...... will be back in Utah for Thanksgiving so I feel your pain
