    When I was growing up in NJ, early 60's, I would take my nickel to Hoffmans drug store and climb up on the stool at the soda fountain counter and order a chocolate soda. Seltzer and chocolate syrup. That was the best.

    I think it would be to big even for my trike. Don't forget about sail surface. It could blow you over in a side wind. I,m looking at a couple of used Time out tent trailers tomorrow,they weigh in at under 300lbs and are made for towing with a bike. they are roomy and are off the ground. Both are $2000.00 or less. hoping less.

    I believe by this time last year we had over 40" of the nasty stuff. So far this year, maybe 2". I can live with that.

    What I find interesting about people is that they will insist on drinking "only diet Coke" (for example) and then turn around and gorge themselves with everything else that is full of sugars and fats ... __________________ DUH, The diet coke cancels out all the calories in the other stuff.

    In parts of the northeast,when I was a kid the generic term for carbonated soft drinks was Soda. I learned a long time ago, when in the midwest to never ask what flavor soda do you have... The answer will always be the same. We have one, seltser water.

    Well, this is Rocknrobin and I just went to the drs and I am good as new and I will be around a good long time to bug all of you guys. Found out next time I start having pain, I really need to listen to my body and go to the dr. and not be so stubborn. Going back to work soon with some limitations. But Thank God I'm still here.

    Both Robin and I have been through the same procedure and the one thing we both know for sure is that you just have to keep on keep'n on. Life is short, keep living and keep riding. God bless.

    Was the cop's lights on? Did he have someone pulled over? If not then the truck didn't have to leave his lane. I have seen this a couple of times since the law has changed. People are so worried about getting a ticket for not moving over that they swerve over without looking. Almost got nailed in the truck and the car. Don't get me wrong, I believe this is a good law to protect the LO's, But it creates one more hazzerd for us to look out for.
