just got back on sunday night from 3 days up there. I have a bunch of maps and info if you wold like to use them.We could meet up one day and exchange them since you dont live far away.

had a similar problem with mine a couple of weeks ago excepts my bike would start as soon as I turned the key without pushing the button. The radio still works I can barely here it with the headset on but nothing thru the speakers. ended up disconecting the radio and everything else worked fine.

well just found out leaveing friday mourning the 22 and dont have to be back until sunday at 3pm yee ha. not sure exactly where we are headed yet.got some good suggestions tho

we may have to take you up on that.wont know till next week what i'm actualy going to have off for work. Hoping to leave sometime friday july 22 and get up that way. ride all day saturday and need tobe home by 3:30pm sunday.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to ride in the U.P. of Mich.Only have 1-1/2 days to ride tho.Not looking so much for stops but nice roads and views. thanks

I dug into it a little further tonight and found the radio still works when I plug in my head set but I had to crank the volume and then could still barely here it.

Thanks again redrider.After 5 hrs of searching and we found the problem wire.Now the bike starts when pushing the start button instead of starting when you turn the key.And the air horn works great too.thanks for spending your holiday in my little messy garage.

I saw one the other day that goes in the trailer hitch receiver. Not sure what site I was on. -
just started doing the samething myself. I made my own bracket.went to the hardware store and got an L bracket and dd a little grinding.just have to wire it.

staying home with the twins and wife. make some steaks. then off to work at 4pm to make some money to pay for more safety chrome.

made it home in 1hour with a stop for gas and the internet said it would take 1hr 20 min,not bad htanks to everyone for all the help.runs much better after that carbsync.have a good nite guys and galls.have a couple porkchops in a can for me while i'm at work.

my wife likes the loud exhaust. used to have a 1500 suzuki intruder with shotgun drag pipes on it. the wife would like the venture to sound similar. any suggestions?

took the test ride today in the 95 degree heat. wasnt very impressed. but the free glasses will be nice

there is no such thing as a horrorcast.they dont have any idea of what it is going to be like until after it happens.so we will find out on saturday what it was like on friday and they will still get it wrong.
