brad is doing his best to try and spoil me, but i am not used to it!! i keep trying until i get yelled at. i am not used to having him wait on me hand and foot! next week he goes back to work. then i can feel like i can do something, maybe. i'm not used to sitting around and doing nothing! a round of hugs going out to you all!! :bighug:

thank you hugs will be going out to everyone who makes it to don's maintenance day, ant to the international meet in kitchner!! unless you get to the michigan/ontario year end meet and eat. but i'm sure them hugs won't be up to parr yet! but i'm sure i will give it one heck of a try. the pin will come out in about 6 weeks, and i should be much better then!! thanks to everyone for being here for me, and to brad for taking care of me!! he has done a great job of doing the cooking, cleaning and worring about me, but he needs to take care of himself! i feel so useless because i can't do anything for myself! that is the hardest part for me....having people wait on me, and not being able to do it for myself!! i know brad has done everything he can for me, and i know it is very hard for him to watch me go through this, and he can only do so much for me!! he needs to go back to work to get a break from it!! i just want to say....i am so happy to be alive! it could have been so different than it was!! thank you all for the flowers, phone calls, and for being there for us. it makes the healing so much easier!! and last but not least....thank you brad for all you have done to take care of me, and for what you will still have to do!! i owe you one, and i love you!

joe, i always have a hug waiting for you!! thank you all for the warm wishes, thoughts, and prayers!! thay were deeply appreciated! i'm sure it will take some time, but i am on the upside of the mending hill now!! thanks to denny and vicki for being at the hospital for brad, and me! brad is doing a great job taking care of me, and has had some help from our great neighbors also!so far ron and nancy have made us dinner 2 times and don't forget the cake she brought over also! so all is well, and healing, thanks to all the prayers from you all! i will pass out the real hugs in about 6-8 weeks!!

mark, we would never laugh at you!! as long as you are riding with us.....thats all that counts!! and brad and i want that opportunity!! i think it would be a good idea for you. and like you say, when you get better, it can be removed, if you want to! i think you, nancy, and all the rest of us would feel better, when you ride!

steve, glad to hear that things worked out for you, and you finally got rid of that headache!! that scares the he88 out of me!!! our prayers are with you for a fast recovery! heal up so you can get that bike fixed!!

bill, the only thing you can do is, say a prayer for me, as i go in for surgery on monday to put a pin in my collar bone. hope the doc can do as well as he seems to be able to do with it! thank you all for your concern! i gotta say though....it was one of the best trips we had, all in all!

just wanted to let everyone know we are home, safe and sound. just a short note to thank kenny and mark, and their families for all they have done for us. brad is at the chiropractors right now, getting xrays to make sure he is really not hurt, because he is too busy worring about me. i have an appointment with the ortho doctor in the morning. maybe get some more info on what they can do. all i know is a broken collar bone hurts like h**l. brad and i still consider this vacation to be one of the best ones we ever had, because of the people we got to share it with!! if we can ever do anything for all of you..... thank you all for all the thoughts and prayers, we really needed them! and we will be passing some you to those who need them! also...typing with one hand......really stinks!! :rotf:

Leave all the electronics at home....well bring the cell just in case....but don't turn it on unless you do need it!!

Me too!!! This has been the BEST Christmas so far!! The best friends, and we have had a great time since we started the season off in Canada! Everyone have a safe Christmas, and New Year!
