I bought a Symax last year for my G/F and she enjoyed it very much, it fit her well and she said it ventilated fairly well in the heat, but was a wee bit noisy at times. There was places in the ear for the headset. She really liked the built-in flip down SUnshade, in the model we bought. BTW I bought it from NewEnough last year about this time for less than 1/2 of what the retailers wanted around here for them, but I would go to a local to try one on first as HJC seems to fit round heads best. I own an HJC (i think its fs10) full face with the integrated sunshade too and like it a lot, it saves having to find where to put the sunglasses. I think mine ventilates better than the symax as there were some cooler days when i put masking tape over the vents at the rear of the helmet to keep some heat in. Brian

i Was only thinking of it as a toy/hobby/funky way to charge up some batteries, if it would run for a while between manual restarts. I had no illisions of a perpetual motion type device. And the plans are there for free, so I am not worried about being out any money other than a few shop supplies. brian

Eddie Bauer stores up here advertised a Remembrance day Sale a couple of weeks ago and was forced to pull the ad and sale as the public and veterans felt it was wrong to use Remembrance Day as a marketing tool. I was glad to see it happen!! Most stores up here stop sales for the 2 minutes of silence at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month but there are some that dont honour that and I dont shop in those stores. Brian

I used to donate too, and then a couple of years ago took a vacation into an area that was rated as a possibility for malaria so now I cannot donate for awhile. I didnt realize that until i went to donate blood and went thru the checklist, and then got the boot, lol! Brian

Does this magnetically driven Fuelless Engine look usable to you? This caught my attention when stumbling around the net. There are so many hoaxes and crap on the net I am skeptical, but for some reason this one caught my attention because of its simplicity. One of their uses is to charge batteries etc depending how big you build it....... Opinions? http://www.docstoc.com/docs/9641978/The-Fuelless-Engine-Plans-_362 Brian

My second wife was a life long Jehovahs Witness and we had several discussions about various topics...most were kinda interesting as i am at least agnostic probably some would consider atheist. She had always said she wouldnt take blood transfusions and her argument was that you dont put used oil in a car.....my come back was if i was in a bad spot and stranded and it was the only way out I sure would put used oil in my car..... I am guessing anything over a 100mph it doesnt much matter if youre ON the car or IN the car,,,,,,,,and I also don think it matters if youre in a car or on a bike ....at 100 mph , i think you might actually be better off on a bike if you are wearing the right gear. Brian

It takes the info from the forum and makes it easier to deal with the small format viewing screen. an example is that you dont get the side columns, its mostly simplifies the view so you can get to the posts real quick, auto login and all. BTW tapatalk is still free at blackberry AppWorld, but I am sure as soon as they get a bunch of forums on this format, they will start charging for tapatalk like they do for the iphone version. Brian

You all are being way too negative:smile5:.....this money was meant to be spent to get the economy going.....I would pick up a new RSV,prolly a new arctic cat mud runner quad, a new venture snowmobile, and pay off my debt, and some of my familes. Who cares if a million is enough to retire on, I would go crazy sitting around woth no work anyway, so I would keep working and enjoy life more earlier in life. Enjoy!!! Brian

I seem to remember reading somewhere that there were several bikes made, and 2 or 3 cars made for the Batman film back in the 60's. I think there was only one car made for the series originally but more were commissioned later, I think George Burris was the designer. Brian
