    Many of the bikes on the floor had passenger pegs and did not have the seat.

    These are not our fathers Indian.The bikes are awesome looking but the prices were 30K to 40K.I was wanting to ask if they were meant to be driven.I am afraid in this economy Indian will go out business again.

    Being ignorant and owning a 2006 RSTD what is the major differance in 1st and 2nd generation other than the obvious?

    Do you think is concerning that it is a 84 with only 15K?That bike seems like a good deal.

    My question is it worth it to buy the MC version?I am looking at a c550 auto version for 127.00 for a refurb.I do not like to ride in the rain anyway and if it would rain:icon_smile_question I could put it up.The MC versions seem very expensive.Does anyone use the auto version on their bike?

    Great riding in NC.67 degrees.

    The small shop where I take my bike is really upset with Metzler.He said that many Ultra riders are having the seperation and chunking problems as well.Metzler is recalling tires based on how the air pressure is intepreted not a defect and so far will not reimburse him for the removal and installation of the replacement tire.I think he will be switching to Avon as well.

    I can finally feel good about my tires.As noted by others before they make the bike feel lighter.

    Dont let anyone fool you, it is all nice.I have a cabin in VA near the Willisville MC camground on the parkway in southern VA and you have Mabery mill which make a killer breaakfast and is the most photographed venue on the parkway. Each area of the parkway has areas that you will want to spend some time.Let me know when you will be in southern VA and the upper end of NC and I will show you the sights.
