Just a little HEADS UP, a friend of mine had the red turn signal lenses on his HD. While we were in FL. for bike week that year he got a ticket. Cop said they were illegal in FL. and that only cop bikes of other emergency vehicles were allowed to use them. I would check before you put them on.

You are right. I just went out in the garage and did a measurment. Wifes 99 TD kick stand is around 13" and my 07 RSV kick stand is around 16 1/2". Very interesting. I didn't look at the mountings but I would guess they are the same. Later when I have more time I'll go back out and take a closer look. It's alittle cold out there right now. -
I've using the Rottella T 15-40 in my wifes 99 TD. Seems to work just fine. I just bought an 07 RSV at the end of our riding season here in Michigan. I only put a little over 600 miles on it before winter hit, but I did drain the break-in oil out and went with the Rottella T 15-40 also. I'll know how it does when we go to Bike Week.

Bad case of spring fever also here. Bought mine at the end of the riding season here in Michigan. Only got to put a little over 600 miles on before winter hit. BUT, Bike week is less than 2 weeks away. I should have around 2,000 on it when I get back.

Most motorcycle tire companys state the same, NOT RECOMMENED TO PULL A TRAILER.

What are the sizes of the screws? I know of a lighting store close to me. I'd like to get a set for my RSV and my wife's TD.

The clamps you are looking for are made by V-Twin MFG. Part #31-9920. They can be found at zoomcyclellc.com. $27 a pair I think.

I checked out the Victory Vision at our local dealer here, where I bought my 07 RSV. The one thing I didn't like about it was, as big as those saddle bags look, there is no room in them. But those drivers floor boards are SWEEEEEEEET. Also I liked how light the bike is. My wife sat on the back seat and then went and sat on the back of the Venture. 4 days later the Venture was in my garage.

I just ordered a tire from them for my wife's bike. I haven't put it on yet, but I was impressed with thier prices and shipping. I live in Mich. and the tire was here in just a couple of days. I used to buy tires from tiresunlimited.com but Motorcycle pro shop prices are better.

My best gift for Christmas was another year with my wife and family. I recieved my gift July 3rd, when I got test results back, showing that I was CANCER FREE. Merry Christmas to all.
