The point of MY post was to let anyone interested in meeting riders in the area and having a good time, that Chapter 304 is available to you. I have met several riders around town that had no idea there are other riders, much less a group in the area. True, that Star says you can only ride with the a Chapter 3 times without being a Star member, but if you were to like riding with us, you could at least make a friend or two that you can ride with outside of Star. All MC groups have a political agenda of some kind, it's your decision if you agree or disagree enough to join them. ABATE, AMA, HOG, Venturerider, Star, the list goes on....

I too saw the commercial, thought it was funny and planned to go. Then I forgot all about it. We too are Waffle House country, 2 within 2 mile of my house. Denny's is 15 miles away near the I-75. I still would have made the trip in the cage, Rained all day.

Just curious, what is the effect to on coming headlights? With the mirror effect does anybody notice glare to the the car diver coming at you? I'm sure they will help us be noticed, but does it interfere with the other guy?

Sleeperhawk, which tire has a lower profile, E3 or Avon?

Which tire has a lower profile The EIII or the Avon? I'm riding on the stock Dunlap 404 with 17k miles, the tread still looks good. I have heard the Wing tires will lower the Venture slightly.

I decided to paint them. The spray paint obscured the white spots from the spray wax that stained the. Looks great! Thanks all for the help.

1. The part is the lower fairing extender/protector. 2. My dealer denied they did anything work, but I kept on them and they bought me a new set. 3. I really like the Black painted option. I think they would look great with the black on my Black & Blue '07. 4. Only issue would be if the white spots would be MORE visible when painted. That is why I was thinking a tint or stain might soak into the plastic to tint the spots as well.
