Blusees, I've been stuck plenty of times and walked away from the job. Next day it was an easy fix. I guess it helps to rest and look at your project the next day.

Yea, the relocation kit is money well spent. Righty tighty lefty loosey....just saying..... It's best to walk away from a job when things aren't going right. Yea, I know about these things.

Yep, that's a good option if you don't want XM radio. A little less money than the 550.

Do you put a leather treatment on it? Seems it would breath alot better than vinyl.

Has anyone covered their seats with leather? Seems like a great idea except for getting it wet.

Wayne, I've had my seat modified by Rick Butler and I'm a big guy as well. I haven't had the chance to take it on a really long ride but I've noticed that I'm not moving around trying to find a comfortable position anymore. One other option I've found is from an outfit here in Indiana. They take your seat and tear it down to the pan then build it up with two different kinds of foam based on your weight. Cost was around 150 bucks. I can get the website for you if your interested. Long story short is the Butler mod is better than stock hands down. I don't know about the other place but thought I'd throw that out there. Bob

Really nice! I do like the blue/blacks. I can't say I've ever seen that style of backrest before on a Venture.
