Quite the understatement Steve. Yep, he can find some pretty small roads, they are very scenic as long as you don't mind the sound of banjos..... Sorry we couldn't make it Steve we'd have loved to have been there. Shades was good,Chuck and Cindi are great company. sometimes there's just too much to do.

You would have seen three but we were camping up in Rockville at the Covered Bridge festival. Couldn't figure out how to be in two places at once..........
-
Black Cherry and Blue/Black? That would have been Bummer and KDFranzen. They were riding down there last weekend.

She liked it a lot. Only complaint she had about it was that it was empty....... Very nice work buddy. We'll have to see about getting together one of these days.

Brad, If you still have a 2X black I'll take it.

No, it's AARRRRRGGHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry Dick, hope it heals well.
-
Dennis, glad you made it home safe. Looks like you had a great trip.

Yes, Dick does some very nice wood working. He made the two jewelry boxes we raffled off at the IR. He also showed us some pictures of some of his other work. All very nice. He could charge more than he does, it's all very high quality work.

Nice camper Monty. You'll like that. We have a couple of other friends that have the same model.

After 30 + years I finally did it - not for faint of heart

Sorry to see that Dick, bet it hurts like hell. I've seen that in wood shops before. Hope it all goes well with the surgery and healing. I bet you said a little more than AAArrrggghhh!!!!!!!! -
Yeah, too hot, I came out of work just soaked in sweat. Rode the bike in at 4:30am it was 75 or so, left work at 3:00pm and it was about 95 and very humid. Not very enjoyable riding although the breeze did dry me off some. AAARRRRRRGGHHH!!!!!!!!

Rick, Glad to see you and the family made it home safe. It was nice seeing you and Marilyn again. It is pretty impressive to see you ride in as a family.

Thanks Gil, just wait until next time........ You mean....Bikedropper? Yep, he took it pretty good. Good times with a lot of good people.

I just took it easy on ya as I know you're riding an antique and I don't want you to tear it up and lose any value.......
-
So how long did it take you?
-
You bet, I've worked on 1st gens and 2nd gens, Darrin only works on 1st gens...he finally got his running last weekend, wondered if he was going to drive his motorhome on the rides.......
-
AARRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's really not difficult, like I said the hardest part is fishing the harness down to it. Or as Darrin might say...... Good luck with that Dick!!!!! :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:

to all of you who attended the 2010 Internatuional at Potato Creek, a big Thank You for coming and making this a success. To those of you who stepped up and helped out with planning, the dinner, helping me lead the different groups on rides, an even bigger Thank You! Sue and I have met a lot of Ventureriders over the past 4 years, we count many of them as great friends. We made more of those in the last few days. This rally may not have been one of the best organized or structured but there was some great comraderie there. We got to spend more time with people we'd only met briefly once or twice. The rides turned out good, the food was good and the ice cream was great, especially at Oink's. But the people were the greatest part of this. It was our honor and priviledge to host this event and to show you a little of our area of the country. Again, thanks to all, we had a great time. And YES, I'm glad it's done. As Snarley Bill told me, it's a big job and takes a lot out of you, but it is very rewarding. Looks like everyone is making it home safe. We'll see you all somewhere down the road.
