  1. OK the carbs are in and its running. Next is a pic of you and your bike parked in front of a kenworth with the driver of the truck. Its an easy one but it reminds me of the time I looked in my mirrors and saw nothing but grill! Scotty

  5. The shims on the output are to set the heel/toe contact. This should be set first as it dose affect backlash. Final backlash is set with the shims on the side. Once this is set the shims don't wear as the are not a moving item. They should not have to be adjusted unless gears or bearings are changed. You could have a bad bearing. That would give you excessive back lash as well as noise. Most gear sets of that size will have about .008 to .010" of back lash. I hope this gives you some insight. Scotty
  6. I have the service manual for a 94 dodge mini van. I can scan the relivant pages for you. Scotty
  7. Mine turned easy when I was done mine. I haven't had it on the road yet. I didn't put in any extra washers. Yes, check for the pins on the bearings and the shims on the final drive gears. (they could fold over on assemble). I have some pics of the trany apart if you need some visual referance. Hope this helps. Scotty

  10. its on the right side behind a plastic cover (with two philips screws) behind and above the rear brake peddle. The reservoir is 2 inches above that connected with a small hose. I had all of that removed when I had the engine out. I can send pics if you need. Scotty
  11. Lake demay is south east of Edmonton, about 12 miles north east of camrose. The only place you will realy find the lake is on an old raod map. You can walk accross it in the summer so don't bring your scuba equipment. I have been trying to find a place for the allinco but I have had no success. I like the one on the hadle bars. Scotty
