i agree 100% with the article. we don't like to admit it, but our reflexes slow down quite a bit as we age. it definatly is a dangerous thing riding bikes at my age ( am over 60) ..............................BUT AINT GOING TO STOP RIDING!

boy you healed fast. i had to miss the whole riding season last year due to a similar injury when i came off my venture to smell the wild flowers at the side of the road at a sharp corner. do not rush into it though.....i would give it a little more time to get stronger.

now if you want MY opinion....i will have to see a picture of the missus. just want to be fair here....from what i've seen so far....thats one heck of a bike.

forget about "IMAGES" guys....just enjoy riding dem bikes. everyone has their own preferences as to how to dress up or what to wear when riding their bikes. we are not an army and dont have to wear any particular type of uniform. i dont really care what the other guy thinks of me, when riding my bike.....all i know is....i'm having a heck of a time! :banana:

Do you know what this is? let me guess......"amygdala" is the currency used in the republic of Amyga?? and " hippocampus" is where hippopa and hippoma send their little ones in summer.....( summercamps) as for reading those articles......i will get to them when i'm done reading my big pile of car magazines....which seem to be piling up faster than i can read them. -

with harleys riding position....or any touring bike for that matter....your arms are always rested. they are not tensed up from leaning on them, like you have to, when riding a sporty bike. ( beside the fact that both your hands should be on the handlebars at all times). and how do you, my friend rest your RIGHT hand?? RIDE SAFE...
