i could live with the casett , if they would just make it fuel injected . just my 2 cents.

Masterguns I to have wanted a 500 S&W ever since they came out , but after further review I have come to the conculison that a 460 S&W would be a better choice , because with a 460 you can shoot 45long colt , 454casull and 460 . You can play ithw cheaper ammo 45lc and when you need to get serious use 460 . Where as 500 your only limitted to that round . JMO. My personal prefferance is also 357 mag , carry a snubby in the left side bag every where I go .

Just another idea , get you some 1 1/4 square tube to fit the hitch and make your own . just a thought . I sure a shop would drill the hole for the ball and bend the plate at the angle neede . They might even weld it up for you if you don't have access to a welder . I made one for mine when I couldn't find what I needed . Just a trhought if you have time !

We are taking a week long trip to Arkansa in Aug and looking for some things to do and places to ride . We will be leaving from MO and headed south down either 65hwy or 71hwy . Looking for great places to stay , eat and senic rides . I'm sure someone on here has been down south to Arkansa . So give me your ideas please .

I'm interested but have a question ? Does it interfear with hearing the GPS promps , and does anybody have the mic mutes and use the buddy rich cable also . Will the 2 work together . I like the idea of the mic mutes wind noise is terrible . Also what do they cost and who can I get one from .thanks.

I have a J&M cb that i put on my wifes honda shadow areo then she sold bike and buyer didn't want it . So I took it off . Would sell if your interested . Complete with antenna and every thing you need , except for lower cord and helment set . Can hook up Mp3 player to it , use as cb and also has weather band on it . drop me an e-mail if your interested .

I have a 550 and love it . it has all the gadgets i need on it . works very well and have not had any problems with it ( knock on wood ) . a little pricey but worth it i think .

Ok I'll try not to get to long winded with this. Just bought a new HF trailer and have read several of the post on here about what you should do before using . 1- repack bearings ( is that by hand or do you fill hub with grease through grease sert?). 2- use 4 3/8 washers on tounge coupler . 3- make sure tounge is straight so trailer pulls and tracks atraight. Things not sure about ? 1 - what tire pressure is everyone running in tires. 2- did everyone leave both leaf springs in on both sides or did anyone just use 1 leaf spring. 3 - did anyone put a cooler rack on the front and if you did , did you make the tounge longer or use the 1 that came with it . The reason I bought trailer was because someone hit me last year in Albeq New Mexico and the frame to my whiskey barrell trailer was totaled and didn't have time to fix before we leave for Tenn in 6 weeks . ( should have listened to better half and not waited untill last min to fix it ). If I have forgot anything please someone remind me .

I have to agree with Mo River Rat stop in Maggie Valley and see the Wheels Through Time Museuem . We stoped there 2 years ago wright before he said he was moving to Arizona ( didn't , not sure why but glad he didn't ) because we are going to Gatlingberg Tenn the begning of Sept to ride the Dragon and go to maggie valley to the museuem again with my sister-in-law . I showed up pulling my barrell trail and Dale ( the owner says who has the barrell I said me , he said you and your misses get in free ) . Dale the owner is very nice . We also bought some t-shirts and before we left he gave us a bussiness card with 2 free passes signed on the back of it . (which I thought was cool ) . He fired a bike up in the museum and did a burn out inside which was also cool , he does it all the time when theres enough people there to see it . Well worth the time to go see, and make sure you take a camera you'll see bikes and stuff you've never seen before. :thumbsup2::dancefool::thumbsup2::dancefool::thumbsup2:

I own a 2007 VR and would like brighter headlight and passing lights . Some of my rideing is done late at night (I work 4pm to 12am ) and I don't feel that the stock bulbs are bright enough for me to see all the 4 legged critters , big and small . Would like to know what others have tried and use , would like to get the brightest possible. Don't care if I look like a plane landing on a runway . Just want the light to be bright as possible . I have my passing lights hooked up so that when I turn on my high beams they come on and they are off on low beam . Thanks for any help . -
we also have a bassett hound and his name is tater ( Homers couch potato is his regestered name). He likes to chase the birds out of his yard and nap and also have lots of goodies . They are a bundle of jopy to have as companions , but want lots of attention . You a very pretty dog Tom .

Well lets see like most on here I have a wide variety ( and if you ask my kids they will say strange variety ) of songs , but the one that sticks in my head the most is I can't Drive ( ride ) 55 , by Sammy Hagar . Something about getting on my bike and just riding , I have a problem of throttle twist . Just like turning up the radio I like to twist the throttle . I'm sure I'm not the only one through.

Buddy you are the man:bowdown:the cable works great except for one minor problem I'm not sure how to fix ? When I get a phone call the person on the other end can hear me just fine but I can barley hear them . I have the volume turned all the way up and it dosen't help if I turn the intercom volume up . Any suggestions on how to fix problem anybody?

Ok help me fix the noise you get through the speaker when you excelerate, I belive somebody on another question had the same problem don't remember what the fix was?

Ok guys thanks for everybodys help but silly me had not hooked up the power cord to the bracket yet and was just going off battery power:doh:.Now that the power cord is hooked up I got tunes:thumbsup:.Sometimes its so simple. Thanks for everybodys help.

Ok have not taken trip to some where yet to know if I'm getting prompts from gps telling me what to do.Not sure what you mean about if it's set on FM or audio output? How do I check that? Yes it is set to speaker and not the head set.

Volume for mp3 is at 100% and when I just plug my mp3 player in aux it works just fine so I know cord is good . Is the gps out port stero or mono , both ends of my cord are stero.Also volume control for gps is at 100% .

When I plug A cable into the audio output on the gps and the other end to the aux port beside the cassett deck and put it on aux and gps to the music(built in mp3) nothing comes out the speakers ? Whats wrong?
