    Never again will i remove an exhaust collector from a MKII. finally after TWO years of dealing with "life", i got back to my 86vr. lost my "religion", 14 times, before i got the blamed thing off! NOW! if you haven't had your MKII collector off, you might need to do a double check. mine has rusted out/through, about 3/4 of the circumference on ALL 4 exit pipes.only option is to take it to work and fabricate all new connections. one good thing!!!!!! my baffles are all still good! lol just jt

    it will probably run cooler for a few minutes, until ALL the water in your radiator is the same temp, then it will overheat. my opinion, BAD IDEA. just jt

    nope have never built a set of those, for anyone. mostly just rebuild jesel, .937's now.they used to be #1 in big bore engines. seems like everyone is changing over to the "rebuildable" "Isky's". can't say i like the "dogbone style though. just jt

    i used to routinely climb 2 to 300 feet, working in the refineries. legs and lungs finally said ENOUGH! now i don't even like climbing a ladder.i couldn't watch it all, either! just jt:scorched:

    i talked with my 24 year old son , this evening, and he was elated. yesterday, his gross sales for ONE day, was $42,000.00!highest sales in Houston region, EVER for one day. later today, his manager told him, he was top salesman/expert tech. for the entire Texas region, which includes La.ARK.GA.Ala.and Fl. to top that off, he was informed , today, that he had Top Salesman of the Quarter sewn up again.that will be 13 quarters in a row! oh. he has been with Apple computers, in The Woodlands, TX for just over 3 1/2 years. i know the "good book", says NOT to be "puffed up with pride", but how could i NOT be proud of this kid? just jt

    I, too, am thinking HUB bearing, usually not replaceable.must buy a new hub assembly. just had to replace one on my sister's '05 silverado a couple of months ago. sounds like stethoscope time to me. just jt
