    Great pictures, looks like you guys had an awesome turnout and a great time. How many people did you have show up in total for the entire event, and what was the largest number of people on any day........looks like you guys did an excellent job or organizing the IR, I plan on coming next year to the Hub, whether it be on bike or in a cage towing the bike or bikes on a trailer. It also looks like you guys and gals had great roads to ride on. My helmet is off to Bill for taking on the job of hosting the IR and picking an excellent group to comittee the event. I know Bill takes a lot of pride in everything he does and it shows. You guys get 5 Stars for an outstanding International Rally!!!!!!!

    I haven't discussed this much, but if someone wants to have their carbs synced at Vogel I have a Morgan CarbTune Pro that is going to be one of the items being raffled off, and being as Sat. is going to be a free day to do as you please (no scheduled rides) it will be available to be used by anyone who wants to do thiers before the drawings, now I do not know how to use it myself, but if someone wants to volunteer to do this on Sat. I will have it at shelter # 3. I will also have a signup list at the registration table for this. I am not certian what time I will be at the shelter but it will be early so there will be plenty of time to get it done before the party starts at 4:00 PM. http://www.carbtune.co.uk/Images/SSL11426thinc.jpg Carbtune Pro Upgraded from the Carbtune II in 2007. The Carbtune Pro has all the advantages of the old Carbtune using the same principles but in a fully injection moulded casing and tubes that make the overall design more consistent.

    I know how you feel, I have never had so many great friends that are more like family than the family I have left.............I am looking forward to seeing each and everyone of them again and meet some new ones.......... I sure hope you get rested up and make it down, but something I read leads me to believe that you might not make it..........Please get plenty of rest for the next 3 days and come to Vogel, I have had a few cancelations of some regulars to Vogel and I dont want you to become another.............. Don take your time getting to Vogel, I wont be there till Wed morning to get it kicked off, and dont get us kicked out with some early parties before Vogel even starts, they got your number from 07. I want to thank Don in advance for making it to Vogel again. He has made it to every Vogel to date and I feel very privileged to have him there every time............that means a lot to me that our founder supports Vogel and all the events the way he does. I am getting excited just sitting here thinking about it.....:banana:....... Please be very careful out there, ride safe and take care, I want everbody to arrive safe and sound. I will be praying for everyone's safety.

    Thanks to Bill and the committee and all that participated at the IR............I know some are coming to Vogel, so if you didnt get enuff riding there, you can make up for it here, be ready to ride on Thur to Helen..........SHOPPING...........then Friday it will be about a 250 mile day.........................Thanks again for the Kids at St. Jude...........:clap2:

    It was YamaCarl, I dont know if he is a member any longer, but he had one on his 1st Gen that he pabricated himself and mounted a large 2 barrel I think.

    If you plan on coming and havent mailed your registration yet,PLEASE do not mail them in, hold onto them and we will handle it at the Rally.................. I am still receiving them and I dont want any showing up after I leave, I dont want to deny anyone anything when they arrive because I havent received their registration. No penalty for late registrations.........................

    Good to hear your coming back, looking forward to seeing you, maybe you ought to try and see if you can hook up with Muffinman before you return and have an official VR meet and eat over there...........that would be one for the books................

    Some may say I go too slow, some say too fast, but you cant please everybody, I always lead at a pace everyone can stay with and enjoy the ride..........if they want to go faster, they can go ahead of the rest.............thats my plan and I stick to it............. Prayers going out to the family of the lady............... Remember folks, what happepns may not be your fault but the fault of some crazy crotch rocket rider............thats why the Tenn and NC leo's are out there in force, you rarely see them with a cruiser or a tourer pulled over. They are there to protect us, not hinder us................
