What is this filler cap for?. It is under #3 cylinder exhaust it unscrews seems to be a resevior but there is nothing it it any ideas http://%20dsc%204313

You say you are not getting fuel with the petcock open? IF you have fuel in the tank it should be flowing with it open,if not petcock is plugged up or plugged gas line or filter or all three. I would start there ,if you aint got no fuel it aint gonna run.

Ok, fork oil is in. used a 1pt squeeze bottle & length of 5/16 clear hose. Put one pint of oil in each leg so far so good!

Is your valve cover gasket leaking? you will get a build up of grim between your rear cylinders from that.Ask me how i know

I am not looking for something that is going to give me stop on a dime results .I am looking for a improved front braking system, some thing that will give me a improved braking ratio. a 70/30 would be great, if I could get that I will be happy. NO I am not running ss lines cant decide which way to run em 2 lines strait from mc or three w/spliter

I just finished installing R-1 gold dot calipers and 14mm mc I am not impressed! Did I miss something? calipers have hh pads and I have speed bleeders in calipers. Brake lines are from a 2007 roadstar also 2007 splitter. any ideas? all thoughts welcome

The sensor is on the #2 cylinder carb has a2 wire lead cant miss it has two tamper proof torx scews:cool10: -
alternative to stock, cheaper prices, more choices and availability. I know by changing the center to center length on the links changes the height up or down wondering if some thing could safely be done.

what would happen, if you put a longer rear shock on, say 12 inches instead of he normal 10?. Will it raise the seat height?. And if you changed the links could you lower it back down?

I have a vibration from my motor between 1-3k rpms, its not real bad but I can fell it thru my seat and floorboards. The carbs have been synced and the valves have been adjusted. any ideas?
