  1. The only time I ever saw it mentioned is when doing a valve adjustment, but there is no way to adjust timing, so I would say no
  2. will your 2nd radio have external jack for ear phone & mike? If so siearia eletronics sells a 5pin din adapter /w a ptt button velcro to handle bars.I dont know if this the kind of set up you are looking for but it might work

  4. if you have hh pads try using gg pads the take longer to lock up
  5. check for continuity on wiring harness, unplug from ignitor and check.if wire is open replace wire,if not check ignitor. what are HT caps????
  6. Spectrum in Akron went digital in November of 17 with the change you will get the privilege of renting their new modem for your cable viewing.If not already bundling they will ask you to do so. If all you want to do is watch local tv get your self a good antenna, if you want more, cancel cable and keep the internet, with your roku, subcribe to net flix & hulu & amazon prime, will probably be all you will ever want or need .
  7. Hate to tell you this, but the bolt is not suppose to turn just the nut.remove nut and push bolt out!
  8. Radio is up in the cowl If Im not mistaken the only wire you will need is the antenna wire , I think every thing else is for cb and intercom system. also rear speaker wires

  11. If it is just the cap, it is replaceable, they screw on. they are 10k resistor type Plug Cap Assy 4XY-82370-00-00

  13. I finial got back to my brake pin problem. YEAH I got it out!!!!!! ended up splitting caliper and grinding sides on the pin bolted the one half back on and I was able to break it loose with a 6 inch pipe wrench what a p.i.t.a thanks for every one input.
  14. Yes ,I was offered a new caliper for $45.00 ,I might just jump on that and be done with it
  15. tried breaking it loose with vise grips today no luck,I am going to pull the caliper tomorrow should be able to get a small pipe wrench on it hopefully break it loose that way

  17. Im in the process of changing out rear brake pads, P.O. over tightened pin, when I tried to remove it I rounded out the hex on the pin any ideas how to get it out???
  18. I have a frozen brake pin, p.o. over tightened rounded inside hex. Now i can not remove it to replace pads any ideas???
  19. I notice in your video that you have removed your stock air filter boxes and replaced them with after market units. I might be way off here but try hooking your over flow lines and stock boxes back up. As Goose mentioned them lines need to draw vacuum to work properly.
  20. try cleaning all the switch contacts in the left control group,horn ,high beam,turn signals,talk. take apart and clean with contact cleaner , that is wear I would start.
  21. It amazes me that I was able to ride the bike with that broken in half!!
