So I'm going to install 4 new Polk DB401 speakers should I and can I add a power amp to make them sound better?

So I have a new Clearview Shield coming and also so Polk db401 speakers I guess I should do them both at the same time? I was wondering if I could get some replies on these replacements. Never done either one. Thanks

So I got me a Corbin seat for my 03 RSV it is new and I have ridden it for 100 miles I'm not sure I like it! Maybe I'll sell it $300.00 + shipping one more ride before I do.

So I need some info on changing the speakers on my 03 RSV I was looking at the Plok Audio db401 any info on the speaker and install please post. How much better will they sound than stock and are any better? Thanks

I have been thinking about doing this it is so many post here about it. I was reading on just in the last week or so about it. From what I have read the people that have done it like it. Others say it is bad for handling and your pipes will hit. I think I will be doing it in the future but not sure when. I'm sure you will get several post about this. Good Luck! -

I remember the 8 Track it was no mini to me! I still have one in my 77 corvette. And a whole suit case full of the tapes. Thats all we had when I was a teen! I'm 50 now!

I've owned 3 VTX 1800 Retros, 01 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500, 01 Harley Road King, 94 Honda Goldwing, and now my 03 RSV and I like the RSV better than any of them by far!!!! The picture was taken under the bike and where you are talking about it is not a crack. it is the frame and a shadow. I did a oil and filter change on the bike and the oil leak has stopped. It was a smaller drop for a day or so and today I did not see any oil under it. I almost wonder if it was just over filled with oil. I rode for about 2 hrs today I will look in the morning and see if there is a oil spot on the floor. I'm going to ride it to the NHRA races tomorrow.

So I got my shock air pump in today and went to add air the the shocks. It had zero in both front forks and rear shock. The rear pumped up to 30psi I'll try that and see how it is but the front forks will not pump up at all. What do you think is causing this? This sucks!!!! I have been ridding with no psi with my girl friend a total weight of around 325lbs and never had the rear bottom out. Should I run 30psi in it?

So I have noticed a drop of oil under the bike since I got it. Today I changed the oil and filter and was checking things out closely and found that it is dripping from a tube that runs under the engine. A metal cross tube on the frame that has 2 flat bars with holes in them. Right behind that on the bottom of the engine there are some rubber tubes and the oil is dripping from one of them. I can not get a good enough look above that. I think the smell I am smelling is from oil getting on something hot. Anyone out there know where I'm talking about? I will try and get a picture of the area today and post it. There is only a drop or 2 after sitting a few days after a ride. But I think it maybe causing the smell I have.
