    Thanks for the input. Retail for the 03 on Kellys Blue Book is $8250 and that is not taking in to count for all the extras on the bike and the extra exhaust. I may put it on eBay and Graigs List for a try. I do not have to sell it but hate to see it just sitting around not being ridden. They are asking much more for them here on the classified I'll also post it here when I get back unless someone contacts me with intrest. Thanks Everyone

    I bought it in Sept of last year I sold my custom one up bike and bought this so I could ride with my girl friend. We broke up and I don't need the bike I'm not sure I get another one anytime soon. It is a great bike the best I have ever rode but I'm sure everyone here already knows that. LOL I'm taking my oldest daughter on a trip with the bike the last of this month and it will be sold then. The bike has like 15800 miles now and what ever the trip put on it I'm sure it will have less than 17000. Do you think it is a good price to sell.

    I might sell my 2003 RSV it has around 17000 miles and is in GREAT condition. New ClearView windshield the big one with tint and another that is on the bike in new condition with the Vent. It has the PCW clutch kit also I also have Sampson Fishtails for it but not on the bike. 2 Helmets XL & L with near new J&R headsets. The tires are like new condition. Many Extras on the bike I was going to ask $8350.00 I can send pictures if you would like to see it.     Where is the filter located on the RSV 2 Gen? I have 15,000 miles should I change it? Thanks

    Well it is a done deal everything went fine and man what a difference! It took me longer than 20 min. I took the time to sand each metal disc.

    Can someone answer and help me with the PCW Clutch Kit Install. I started the job and where there is that wire that holds the metal plate and fiber disc a smaller OD type washer. In the very back it looks like just a smooth machined surface but also maybe a larger OD type washer. The instruction blew over into some old oil and can't read them. Help me from where I'm at please. Thanks

    I thought the same thing about the oils I have owned 3 Honda VTX1800's and was always told any oil but energy conserving type oil due to clutch slippage. But I talked to John for quite awhile about just this. He told me he would use any oil as long as it was not full synthetic oil. And by the way I got my clutch upgrade kit today.

    I called and talked to John at PCW and he told me that after I install the clutch upgrade kit I should have no problems. I talked to him about different types of oil and he told me it made no difference as long as I stayed away from a full synthetic oil that the energy conserving type oils will be fine with it. It cost me $75.00 for the it and after shipping $85.00 so they have gone up in price.

    THANKS TO ALL !!! I guess I need t go ahead a get the PCW upgrade kit and be done with it. I'll keep you posted when I get it done.

    No I did not buy it new is there anything I can do to check for the use of this oil? Can I do anything to it now to correct it if it has had that oil used? Thanks

    So I have only 15300 miles on my 03 SV and I have noticed the clutch is slipping. when I reall get into it and also when I in it hard and shift gears. I have owned several Honda VTX1800's a GW and a HD RoadKing and all have had more miles than my RSV and never had any clutch slipping problems. Anyone out the have any good advice for me? Thanks

    I still have a bit of a leak but I think it is because when I chnge the oil next time I'm not going to put what it says to only what it take to fill it to the full line. Mine is a bit over full and I think that is causing the leak. I also was told no oil leak but there it was after I bough it!

    I'm going to sell me Sampson Mufflers they are like new no scratches,dents or dings they are just not what I want. I was thinking about putting them on eBay. Anyone have an idea of what I can get for them? Or maybe want to make an offer. Help Please.

    Any difference in the mufflers on an 03 RSV and a 07 RSV?

    CMIKE I now average 47 city and highway with the K&N. Is this with your RSV?
