My Mom and Dad were married 45 years as of Oct 26. I never forgot and anniversary. Dad promised her two things. One was that they would renew their wedding vows. They did that last week. The other was that he would finish his model A. He's going to fulfill this promise. Thank god, this will keep his mind occupied. He's not much of a people person and needs something to keep him going.

Not my best week either!! My mom died from lung and bone cancer on Saturday after a 3 month of finding she was in stage 4. This was devastating. Then on Monday night my Aunt (Mom's Sister) died from leukemia. It's been the week from Hell. Hope to never see another one like this.

Yesterday I got my MC jack modified to fit under my RSV, so today I decided to start the process of lowering the front forks and adjusting the steering bearing. When I got the front shell of the fairing one of the six bolt appeares to have the end of an allen wrench broken off in it. So I thought I could just drill it out. Nope! The broken allen head is to hard to drill. I then thought I could use my dremel and grind a slot for a screw driver but the bolt is the lower right and recessed into the fairing so the cutting wheel will not fit. So here I am look for help:8: on how to get the bolt out. Oh ya the bike has a light bar. Whats the trick on getting to the bolts? They are too close to the fairing to get to.

The PO told me it was a yamaha discontinued part. He put it on when he put on the Steble air horn, which by the way I going to sell also, once I figure what to call the part.

It's goes on the right side just behind the engine. Fills in the place of the stock horn.

I have a discontinued piece of chrome cover that I want to put on ebay but I don't know what it's called to label it correctly. It's the piece that goes in place of the stock horn on the 2nd gen. Kinda upside "L" shaped?

Is there much of a difference between the vacume gauges and the mecury type gauges?
