Wow you can tell it is cooling off. I worked yesterday and I'll bet I saw over 100 bikers go by, beside the 25-30 that came in the dealership.. It sure would have been hard to work seeing all the bikers had I not been so busy...I hope my wife & I get to ride today between showers...I've been so busy I haven't had time to wire my bike for trailer lights yet. We can't wait to take a trip and use it....

Got a news letter @ work yesterday from Yamaha showing details of upcoming year models and changes...lol need i say it was a short letter...NOTHING even listed on the Venture . Very disappointing to say the least...Maybe NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Tag along trailer from Harbor Freight... they had it marked down to $399 & I had a coupon for 20% off ,so after tax I got it for $342.37 can't wait to get it together... and yes I have read & will USE the thread on the HF tag along.... we sell the limited edition for 26,899 and we have a demo for 25.899 (bout 300 miles) we ship ... lol if u are ever close by we allow demo rides..

We always eat at the LOVELESS.... we got there about 7:45pm & at a little after 9pm we got a table...food is great!! gave us a chance to get out legs back under us...

Took a scenic ride this morning b4 all the rain & was IMPRESSED..took 100 west then 96 south for about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile then turned on Harding....this twisted and looped back to Leipers Fork then we took 96 back to 100... wished we had taken some of the other side roads. It was GORGEOUS ride..then the rain set in about 11:20 and we sat it out just lazed around. planning on leaving early so we can take some side roads going back....

Monday... so if any of you fellow riders are in the area and would like to meet up let me know. was a great ride up we dodged the rain and it was PERFECT weather to ride, about 1/2 way up we stopped and put on a jacket and it was just right! we saw between 75 & 100 turkey's no lie & 7 deer...

I was thinking I had read somewhere on here 2''..Personally I really think the guy needs a trike or a can-am spyder.. we have a goldwing with landing gear but he is afraid ppl will LOL at his training wheels..I told him I'd rather put up with a little ribbing that letting a bike go down..

Here is the deal, had a customer come in , he is 5'3'' at best with a 28 inseam so he said , figure it was more like 26... anyway how much can a venture be lowered?

He traded his venture in on a Polaris ranger... but said as soon as he recovered he was buying a SuperTenure..He looked good,, but said he had good days & bad days..please continue to pray for Big Bird & his family..

Yes it is & it's very very clean, only 23k miles... I can't believe we haven't sold it. We got Big Birds 2002 RMV today...if any1 is looking for a great bike loaded with all the bells and whistles this is it....
