I sure hope Konnie has better luck with her problems than Charlene, she is now going to a chiropracter for her problems, she is getting some relief, the pain management dr. wasnt doing squat for her..........no more of him........... Hope she can get it straightened out, I know what you guys are going through Prayers sent up for a quick recovery...........

I have made my decision as to what we are going to serve for our Saturday Banquet at Vogel. This year I am letting someone else bring all the food and do all the cooking, so I will have more free time to spend with everyone else. We will be having Shane's BBQ. They have excellent BBQ and Brunwick stew, theirs is one of my favorites. The menu will consist of: Pulled Pork BBQ Chicken Brunswick Stew 1 other side dish, to be choosen from a list.** (Suggestions welcome) Peach Cobbler Unsweetened Tea Sweet Tea Lemonade Please if you havent registered, it would help greatly in determining how many I have to order for, if you are undecided, at least go to the poll in the poll section and indicate how many of you will be coming. This will insure that everyone gets enough to eat. I would rather have a little too much than not enough.

Bill how many registrations have you received, mine are coming in very low, only 13 received so far, the economy has really affected what people can do these days.............

All you will need is a sleeping bag, it wont be that chilly, thats all I ever take on my trips and I havent found a need for extra blankets yet..........

The time has come to place my order for Dragon/Vogel t-shirts. I have finalized the design and just need to leave the rest up to the members attending, so if you plan on attending Vogel you have two things to do, first I need to know sizes especially if you haven't registered and given me that info already, second is which color you want, in the past we have had, grey shirts, black shirts, and maroon shirts as I dont wont to duplicate any shirt, I want each year to stand out on its own merit. Below you will find a sample of each color I have chosen and the design on the front, the back will remain secret until Aug. 12. So please let me know what color and what sizes you will be requiring especially if you don't plan on pre-registering. If I already have your registration you can pm me with your choice. For those that don't submit their choice, I will have extra shirts available at the registration table, they will be available on a first come basis, and if you are bringing your kids and want shirts I can get them in youth sizes but. I must have this info before I place the order.

Well I guess you are back home now, It was an honor and a privledge to meet you and share your wonderful Black Death..........I know how it got that name now, I experienced it......... Hope your visit was a memorable one, and I certianly hope to meet up with you again and ride with you. I would love to visit your country and ride it as you have ventured to the US and ridden here, you only saw the tip of the iceberg, next time you will have to come to Georgia and Todd, myself, Blackjack, just to name a few will take you on some the best riding roads in the US. Tail of the Dragon would just be for starters.........but no Black Death before that ride......for sure or you might end up wearing that label permanently. Thanks for coming to MD, it was special for all of us............

If I had know it was being passed by all the holders at VR get-togethers I would likely have taken longer to find it........but it was great fun, your idea was great and the results were fantastic. It was a lot of fun for me and I am sure everyone loved teasing me with ideas............THANX....... By the way what is the total at now for donations:mo money: from the weigh in.........curious minds want to know.......

I dont know if I thanked Brad for my LSU hat, I was so surprised at what transpired that I forgot to thank him. So, Squidley, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, your gift and your passion for St. Jude touched me to the core, I will never forget what you did for me and the kids at St. Jude. My Friend, and I say that with great pride, you are the best of the best. I also want to thank all the VR members who donated when the hat was passed and for signing the gift.
