1. Just for the heck of it make sure the all 4 plug boots are pushed in all the way. I had one just hanging there , one time I changed plugs and the darn thing still ran *LOL* guess I could not wait to ride. I also see that you have a new bike so it can't be a coil this soon *crossing fingers* been sitting long? did you have any additive in the fuel while sitting?
2. NICE Job Wally! Does that speedo say 271 miles on it? anyways nice photos.
3. Thanks for sharing that.

7. It simply amazes me on all these great idea's just for a plug!
8. How do you remove it from the tank. Cut the tie-wrap? what great idea's folks. keep um coming.
9. Sling does the helmet cord touch the tank though? looks like another great idea.
10. Sorry , I guess the link did not work.. here is the Item number: 350265466054
11. So Far both are great idea's! These are the kind of answers That I need, otherwise I think my paint job will go to poop if I do not move this holder before this riding season. I already have the holder removed. Was just not sure were to place it. but seems like I will not even use it anymore ... could even GOOP the holder to the bar maybe.. Thanks
12. WOW, that will look awesome! that is a lot of work. I REALLY want to see picks of that when done!
13. I think this has been discussed here before, I have been noticing over the years that my clear-coat on my tank is starting to scratch a little and I was wondering were some of you are placing the holder that was on the tank for your head-seat plug in might be now> If moved? . any pictures would be great. not sure if there is a better location for this or maybe another idea? my cord when plugged in seems to be the problem. (rubbing in that area) all the time. Thanks, Jeff
14. This does not look like it leaks in the pics. But you never know. not a bad price if it is in good working order. just thought I would show it to you anyways. It is off a 99 with 53K on it. Pinwall will ship outside the US http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Venture-Royal-Star-XVZ1300-MONO-SHOCK_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem518d72dcc6QQitemZ350265466054 Jeff

17. Just called Troy so he can order the leather at the same time. yep, real nice guy! I am thinking I might just go with the standard bib, he is supposed to send me a few pictures. I did tell him go ahead and order. then , invoice me as well. Still want to look at what pattern I want to go with.. thanks for the tip! This has to stop now all these winter projects are making me go broke! I promise that this will be the last one! Jeff
18. DO NOT SEPRATE THE PLENTUM unless you have ALL the proper gaskets to put it all back together. I just went through this with my 1100 goldwing. But had the entire kit for the rebuild. Just my 2 cents worth. Jeff
19. Mark, what was the price just for the bib? (aprox?) Also, Ya better show pictures after you get them!
20. The same for me as well.. they do not just drop right in. I had to dremal them on all the points so that my rubber ring and bezel would drop in place. Look at this thread in my DIY info on the last post. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=45100&page=2 Jeff
21. Not sure WHY? AS C/D makes an awesome product , but it will not fit in correctly. With-out doing a little modification to the outer ring. all is well now, but I do not understand that they go this far and not make it fit just right:think: Anyways all you need to do is lay it on the housing mark it and use a small router bit and dremal. NOTE: the large notches are already there. It is the small one that have to be made for it to fit into the ring. I also just ordered AMBER CRYTAL LENES to place on the rear. When Finished I will post more pics.
22. extract! Just went through that, my problem is that I get crowns and then they leak. then the decay starts all over. I also love root canals myself. they don't seem to be a big deal to me. all I know is that my tooth don't hurt anymore after it is done
23. ~~ can not wait to see the pics!
