  1. My wife thinks I am crazy. I have been barbecuing all winter, one time it was Minus 21 out and I still did it. yummy! Yep, all winter been cooking out-side when I felt like being crazy , getting pretty good at it as well.
  2. I am racking my small brain , I know that there are set ups that when you have a switch activated the light will go out. This is possible isn't it? What I am trying to do is that I have BOTH my Headlight and Running lights on relays and switched power,. what I want it to put a small light pod for at least the headlight that when the headlight is OFF that the small led light is ON.. make since? they way when I forget the little light will show me to turn on your headlight dummy! I am so far liking the way I have my set-up now as I am doing so many projects that I need to keep my key on with-out the main light draining my battery . maybe I would come off the relay somehow to make this happen? Thanks for any info. Jeff
  3. Yes I am.. have not plowed now for 5 days *yippy*
  4. I put a 4 channel 240 watt amp in my trunk a few years ago. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=487

  16. The only up-grade I did was to place an amp in my trunk seems to help. There is a write-up I did on it in the Vtech Section. Trust me I have tried ALL the speakers and still nothing is any better then the Polk 401's (YET)! not I still will not give up on this project. I was able to get the two 5x10 retro sounds into my fairing but the sound still sucked! Now you keep looking for us will ya? Jeff
  17. YEP, that was the link I was trying to post above , THANKS! I love the stuff. trying to get my local Honda Dealer to be a dealer for them. Jeff
  18. Found this on another site.... Ride-On Works I myself am using it in EVERYTHING that I own that has Tires. So far two years later and all is well. . 432.1 Noticed what looked like a small nail stuck in my rear tire today. Thought I'd let the air out of my tire and see what it was (I had 36 psi in my tire last time I checked several months ago - checked it today and I had 34.5 psi). I found this: http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/PianoV/Tire%20-%20Quarter-inch%20Bolt%20Breach"]http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/PianoV/Tire%20-%20Quarter-inch%20Bolt%20Breach[/COLO/"]http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/PianoV/Tire%20-%20Quarter-inch%20Bolt%20Breach"][color=#99000 Obviously that bolt had been in my tire for some time because of the wearing off of the hex head. IMHO, the combination of sealing the rear rim, a tubeless steel-belted radial car tire and the application of Ride-On Tire Sealant not only saved the day, but made the event a non-event. I'm impressed. EDIT ":: Sorry Guys I can not seem to get the link to work yet.
  19. Bryan, when it gets closer maybe we can meet somplace as the crow fly's on the way there? Heck I have never been to Newton yet *LOL*
  20. Mine did the same thing... this thing your working on is going to turn out to be somthing so darn simple I bet. It will drive you and us all crazy for a while but your gunna fix it. Yep, those coils will fire right until warmed up.
  21. Another little thing to check is your vent tube off the gas tank. remove it and place another hose on it and try and blow into it, to make sure it is a clear passage. Mine was clogged and would make my bike run like your after a while then stop all together. My past problem was my rear coils. (1&3) I sent them to VGoose and found out that it was just the caps going onto the wires. unscrew them and see what you can see in them also. Just a thought. Jeff
  22. Watch it DON.. He going going to want a free lunch!
