Mine was rubbing and after he installed them he puts on some less than dime size felt stick on things and no rubbing showing or rattling...Just so happens I have 2 friends going over there in the morning to get theirs done..Im gonna ride along just because.

You would be surprised at how many people are CCW holders..we just dont mention it and pray to God we never HAVE to use it. VR folks are some of the nicest people you will meet!

A little off topic but related, I don't even open up forwaded messages, jokes etc.

I just drove mine as normal. Had them change oil, filter at 600 miles just because I wanted it done. Be careful at first. No countersteering required you will see what I'm talking about. Enjoy it. I am lovin mine!

If any of you guys feel like I do that the trunk support on the Wing is a little flimsy and or noticed the rubbing around the edge of lower trunk I found the cure.I am not advertising for this guy as he runs his business out of his home in Austin,Texas. If you, Don, or moderators feel it is pushing this product please remove post. I called this guy and thats when I found out he lives in Austin as I was going to order a set. He told me why dont I come over and he will Install it for free so Hey,Thats a deal and I did it. Let me tell you the trunk is solid as a rock now and I noticed coming home the rub sound was no more. OH YEA...watch for crotch rockets taking your lane coming at you in a curve..The 3 sisters area(Big Time Curves 10 MPH) in Texas claims several lives a year by the guys running way over their ability and taking your lane to do it.

SilverT said it also..when riding in the mountains at least I for one found myself overreacting going downhill entering into a curve. It is a different feeling in my opinion until you get use to it. If pulling a trailer just slow down especially going downhill and entering a curve.. One more thing Expect the unexpected. Several times I have been going a little too fast and enter a curve in the mountains just to find a boulder or large group of rocks in the middle of the road. We had that happen on our recent Big Bend Trip,no one hit them but it could have been messy.Just ride your bike to your level of experience and the rest will fall into place.
