Opened but wouldn't play. They still do a lot of dusting in the Thumb of Michigan, very interesting to watch.

Lake Superior circle tour is a great ride if you haven't done it yet.

Staying home and watching NASCAR.

Went up to Racers today and they said she had just left bike night. Was a brand new bike she had just bought. She had been riding for years but was her first crouch rocket. No one remembers if she was drinking alcohol of not. A sad ending to a foolish stunt. RIP.

I know your pain, ever since I got hurt and put on disability it's been hell on my Daughter and I. Have ate more Kraft mac and cheese then I care to admit. When my check comes in I shop for food, pay the bills and hope there is something left over. Got back from MD this year and had to take out a small personal loan so I could buy food for the month. I was bound and determined I was going on one motorcycle trip this year. I know about being homeless also, rude awaking standing beside a storage unit with everything you own and a 4 year old Daughter with no place to go. Hang in there and I wish you the best of luck.

Rode all day today and stopped about everywhere I saw bikes, but no other first gens anywhere. Plenty of second gens around but I don't ride one of them.

Just curious, How many Wing Riders do we have on the site?
KarlS replied to Midrsv's topic in Honda Goldwing Tech Talk
Saw my first 2012 at the dealer today. If the lottery gods would shine on me I'd be riding a wing again in a heart beat. -
Here is a followup to the story. The motorcycle rear ended the truck sending it into the pole then the truck overturned. http://www.mlive.com/news/flint/index.ssf/2011/06/police_identify_woman_killed_i_1.html

On the news it said the impact flipped the truck. The link for the story from the noon news isn't available yet.

I grew up a Mopar nut. Had a 71 Demon with the 340 "wedge" motor. Second gear in the shifter broke and couldn't get any carter or hurst shifter to fit. Finally called "Direct Connection Dodge" and gave them the serial numbers of the car. Found out it was 1 of 145 built with that motor, trans, rear end and factory headers combination. The shifter rebuild kit cost 3 times what any Hurst shifter cost at the time. Never have seen one like mine at any car show. Lived in Flint and went to college in Lansing (about 60 miles one way) and complained it cost me $5.00 a day in gas.

First condolences to the Women's friends and family but how fast do you have to be going to flip a pick up truck. On the news they said the bike was torn in half. Just can't understand why some people have to ride so fast and especially in urban streets. http://www.mlive.com/news/flint/index.ssf/2011/06/burton_woman_killed_in_flint_c.html

Help! No taillights!

Skydoc_17 sells the fuse block upgrade with everything you need. Pictures below show new fuse box with TCI repositioned. Like I said I chased electrical problem constantly until I did it. Mine at one time had the headlight go out with all other lights working. Good Luck. -
2 Goals already, Bruins came to play. oops, 3-0 Louongo should of kept his mouth shut. Got to edit again already. 4-0 10 minutes into the first.

Hope you recover quickly. I remember the worst pain from my surgeries were when they got me up to walk the first time (even with the morphine drip in my arm) but got less and less pain the more I walked. Good Luck.

Have you did the fuse box upgrade yet? I had nothing but problems with anything electrical until the fuse box was replaced. In my opinion thats the first thing that should be done. Fuses looked good on mine too but underside was rotted away. -
Shame Shame on you Wisconsin folks. Your minds are like steel traps, old rusted steel traps that is. :rotf:

OK Mate, I'm ready for my ride-about.

Let me see here, Louongo has let in 14 goals in 5 games and Thomas has let in 6. Yet Louongo opens his mouth about how Thomas plays in goal and says that the game winning goal Thomas let in would be an easy save for him. Fuel for the fire Canucks. Bruins gonna get you now.

Here is an Easy one you, your bike and someone on the same model bike. Hard to believe no one has gotten this one yet. With those guys in Wisconsin working on those bikes today.

If Charlie shows up this Ruger LC9 should keep him away from my ice cream.
-
WOW, Thomas is stopping everything and the rest of the Bruins have woken up. Looks like we may have a series no one expected. Don't mess with Thomas.
