    I got the PC680MJ because I heard the Metal Jacket also acts like a heat shield. On 100+ degree days, my bike can get real hot, right up through the seat. Have not had a starting issue since this battery. I did complete the job with a pair of Squid's cables too.

    That is actually a nice looking wing! I think someone was turning one in a rat bike type chopper on here but never saw it completed. They were trying to get help with a airbox conversion or eliminating the airbox for four little air filters.

    We need a Maintenance Day down South! We got the First Annual Venture Stampede working (I sure hope it works out). Lets have it at MY house. I need my carbs synced! NEone want to work out something like this? Rick, V7Goose?????? It felt good a couple weeks ago to have another Venture at my house, making it look good! Almost forgot, I bought the wife new grill that needs to be broke in. Yes, she is the griller.

    I have understood that if you have a DOT 3 brake system, you can use DOT 3 and DOT 4. If you want to use DOT 5, you must replace o-rings and seals to meet the DOT 5 specification. So, sounds like you want to stay away from DOT 5 unless you got the time and money.
