Thats cheap.My shingles coverage cost $2500 with a 30 year warranty.With all the wind and rain we had lately we have had no leaks.

Go on out in the rain and enjoy the ride.Sooner or later it is going to get wet so why not sooner.We had a good 50 mile ride in the rain Saturday,not by choice though.

Glad we got to meet up in Cherokee.Good to see "other"bikes at these rallys.We bypassed Maggie Valley on the way home due to the rain. Hope you guys stayed good and dry.We had a severe storm hit no more than two minutes after we got home.Got the bike in the garage when the boomers and rain fell.Hope your group made it home ok.

With 24000 miles on my front,rear,tire most of those miles in the mountains of NC and pulling a trailer and now a sidecar.My question is,is there a problem running a rear tire on the front?Mine has never had a problem,handles great and appears to have several thousand miles more left on it.I am no tire expert but any input would be greatly appreciated.

When I bought my bike used from MR Motorcycles I talked them into putting on new tires.They installed the 404's.NOW after 24,000 miles I am on my 3rd rear tire but still the same front tire.Here are a few pix of the front tire.Note:On the front tire it says rear wheel use only.I made a picture of this and hope it shows up. http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2489795320037297848tOXnFq http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2933826850037297848LfMzLd http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2644234370037297848DIybNF It didn't come out too good but I will make a better one tomorrow.Most of my rear tire wear comes from the sidecar installed but the front one is great shape yet.

The dragon is ok but I prefer most of the other roads in Western North Carolina .Come on up and we will ride roads like these. http://outdoors.webshots.com/photo/1186754823037297848YTkWxi We have thousands of miles of roads like these where I live.Might just have to have a M&E so we can all enjoy these roads.We also have lotsa waterfalls here and one that you can drive your bike under,without getting wet.

I get to keep it.What a deal.My brother in law bought it.He is 70 years old and never had a MC license.He ordered new tires for it and they will get here monday then the bike goes in the shop.Anything wrong with it will ber fixed.He lives here but works in VA.He comes home about every third weekend.He wants to leave the bike in my name and in my garage till he gets his license.He said to ride it and not let it sit around.What a guy,gotta love him.He is gonna buy a 650 Vstar to learn to ride on.Said maybe a year before he tries to get his license.
