My 86 did this last year and my problem was a loose wire in the switch. -
Don`t care for it...............Liked old one a lot better!

I still ride a yamaha 2 stroke dirt bike and I use golden spectro. You can use and quality 2 stroke oil you want. -

That looks like the exhaust system from an 81-83 Yamaha Seca 750. I used to own one. That`s a great price! -
