  17. This is where I got Rhonda's J&M CB. Works good but has had one small problem, with crackling, but the guys at J&M Said I needed to tune the antenae, just have not got there yet. I put on a 2' antenae that they do not list but they do have it. Did not like the looks of the 3 ft antenae. Yes any Ipod (MP3) will plug right in and play through the headset speakers. Yes and if it not taped all the way it blows the fuse real easy just ask Swifty. Brad
  18. Went up to Sault Ste Marie for my fathers 70th Birthday Party. Had a good time, but we left this morning in some nasty weather. The first 180 miles of the 475 mile run was not fun. We were travelling between 25 and 50 miles an hour. Windy, snow coverred roads with white out conditions. On top of the Mackinaw bridge they were escorting the trucks and trailors. The rode way was clear, but the wind WOW. You can see the car in front of us was white with snow which was the way most vehicles were and you could barley see there lights, when they hit there brakes. The last picture is my Father with Mr. Bon Soo (Mascot of the winter carnival), who made an appearance as my cousin is the Vice President of the orgnaization. Made it home safe and sound, after longer than normal run. My two Brothers, sister and family are still in the Sault as they closed down highway 17 on the Cdn side so they were not able leave. Brad
  19. Mr. Owl I am sure you can not argue about that. Brad
  20. Yes your right, i forgot it doubles as Chairs and a table for a bunch of Beer drinkers. Also hauls wood and other junk real well Brad
  21. Lots of pros and cons for both. I think the enclosed one will require a larger vehicle to pull the trailor but if you plan on keeping the bbig vehicle for long time this may not be an issue. I went the open style only because of cost. I have not had any stone chips (yet), but I built this one for less than a 1,000 CDN. Has 2,000 leave springs, a 3,500 drop axle, and can be pulled with a Minivan. Works great. Brad
  22. :rotf:Now who's getting older ? "A Rocker" Brad
