I owned a GW back In 1984 I had the Aspencade 1200 shown here parked in front of the store. The Venture rides nice when it runs. But i don't know if I'd buy eather again. Been down both of these roads, and kinda tiered of both. Im at a point in my life, where I don't really no what I really want to ride:confused24:

a second thought. if your building a wooden base, you can rap the wood in shower pan material also. I'll just go ahead and add this to my new trailer build also "what a great Idea" !!!!

Since some one will have to carry the Beer. lay a sheet of Shower pan materials in, and make a hard cover, fill with beer cans, and drape with ice. you'll be the hit of the party:cool10:

I went out today shopping parts for the trailer. I think the best option, is a small sea do trailer, less the arm pully and support pads. so far Im looking at 312.00 dollars for parts, Not including the build

Its not a big as you think. My other trail is 202 lbs empty, and I've had it loaded as much as 550 lbs ( Not that i would do that again) This trailer will be 8 inches taller and 2 ft longer
-
The main frame will be metal the walls framing will be both wood & aluminum walls of light fiber wood, and a 1/4 inch foam insulator board the slide sounds interesting. something to think about
-

Venture stumbling in high gear
Brake Pad replied to 54chevybelair's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
May sound the same: wife and I riding at about 45 mph the other day, went to roll on in 5 th gear, and the bike bogged to no end. like the carbs were not working. ( they had just been replaced):mo money:$788.00 Dollars worth. Reason, some dump (AF American,)was trying to see if he could, rub the bugs off my bike with his bumber. Not having the bike responed, when I needed it, really scared the S***t out of me -
