PONCHO BOOMER?? Has a certain ring to it!! I bet in the end we all end up paying more. A few years ago retirement looked good. Now that the Insurance Companies have got me (and I have yet to have a accident that was anything close to my fault) I might have to go back to work. All those years of babysitting..... wonder what kind of job I can get??

I think 13 yrs of nightshift is not helping as Bever said, Habits that are hard to break. Being injured so much last few years I had to do the drugs to make it at all. Got me all out of wack. I have always been a go-getter type now find myself looking for excuses not to do things. I feel lazy. Melatonin sounds worth checking as does changing habits. Because of not getting sleep sometime I will lie back down at 3 or 4 in the morning and then sleep til 10 or so. That is probally not helping. Lack of energy?? Probally because I've already had my 39th birthday!!

As Squid said I would do it again. We don't know what we have til we see those that don't. I have always told my kids this. When my youngest son "Lil'Yammer" came back from his trip overseas (Marine) he told me " Dad I didn't really believe you but now I understand." Made me feel I had accomplished something.

Froggie's idea works but being retired and being home all day she claims enough is enough! Leave me alone!! Don't want pills. Booze don't work for me. Makes me want to get up and go. I'm the biggest redneck you ever saw after more than a couple beers.

First I hate to take any kind of drugs!! Just not me. I have a medicane cabinet full of Pain killers that would probally do this but won't take them unless I'm ready to start screaming. I have eaten enough of the things. Problem is this stupid leg & foot is waking me up at all times of the night and when it does I'm usually up for hours. Has my schedule so upside down I can't stay awake in the daytime and can't sleep at night. I have a hard time getting up to do anything when I am awake. No energy at all. What I'm trying to say is there any way I can return to sleep without drugs? Most of the time the leg settles down I just cannot return to sleep. Any natural way I can get back to sleep?

The 1st Gen just fits me better than anything I've ever been on. And I like the fact that the older ones can hang with the younger ones. And as much as I get after them the 2nd Gen is a Sweet looking Scoot. If they would just RUN!! Couldn't leave it alone!!
