  1. Yes get up with Rick.
  2. You will like it and they can be had at Lowe's/Home Depot for zero interest. About $8000-$10000 installed depending on conditions. My neighbor went with Lowe's, I went with Home Depot.
  3. Just Google Morgan Carbtune and you will find many on Amazon, Ebay and many others. About $110.00 delivered +/-.
  4. I must be an upper income elite since I had a Generac unit installed two years ago. Before that I had a 10kw portable generator that woudl handle most of my immediate needs but this kicks on almost instantly and all is well in the household. Have bennefitted from it four times and can't say enough about it. Oh and my neighbor appreciates the 10kw unit to keep his cows watered.
  5. My '02 RSMV with 200k will last my lifetime, and for that I am thankful.
  6. Gorgeous bike. I envy it.
  7. Hey brother, you can't hurt my feelings. Give it to me. Yes 208,000 miles..
  8. I love GPS in my truck or car, I like music on my bike and truck/car. I set the GPS when stationary and plug in the Ipod when stationary. And never mess with them while moving. Thanks Puc.
  9. I rode it and it felt good.
  10. I took "Sylvester" out today because it needs to be ridden and I had issues with fuel degradation last fall. Only rode it twice this year since going through the carbs, but wow it felt good. Only rode about 60 miles but the old bike ran great for only 200k on the clock. Called my wife (at work) and told her that even though my left hip hurt like hell, I was keeping the bike. She suggested I go ahead and get a Hannigan trike for it so we both could enjoy riding again. :hurts:
  11. Yes you are right. I pay $400.00 per year for my '02 RSMV and only have liability. It really has to do with the state controlled insurance similar to Canada.
  12. Rode one back in '64, but bought a CL77 305 scrambler instead. Rode it from Omaha to Denver and back. I was totally hooked.
  13. I hate docs also since everytime I visit them they tell me what I need to do, or how much it will cost. Kind of like my wife.
  14. You have been hit hard lately and I feel for you. Prayers for you and your family.
  15. Beautiful machine, hope you enjoy it as much as I have my 02 RSMV (bought new) with 208,000 miles on it.
  16. Damn, my mowers use 200+ gallons a year. NEED to downsize.
  17. Hey brother, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your videos of the Vanderhall. I love it and it looks solid. May look into one in the future. It would be a hoot in the NC mountains. Just need to see one in person for room management. Sure wish it had a hitch to pull the MC trailer.
  18. I will loan you my Carb Tune if you need one.
  19. You need to sync the carbs after messing with the screws. I had no vacuum on 3&4 after rebuilding the carbs and syncing them brought all back in line.
  20. Interesting that I am in the 6400 range.
  21. Even with a raked front end it is a load to steer.
  22. Life certainly is a voyage. Many have had insurance issues but they are a necessary evil in today's society.
  23. I too am sorry that you are now four wheels only but that is the progression of life. Does your Hannigan RSV have reverse?
  24. Had my current AGM for five years. But my original Yuasa lasted seven years, the one after the Yuasa didn't survive well. I always keep the battery on a tender when at the shop.
  25. I have the DeWalt heated jacket and it is great, but now I heard that DeWalt has a 60 volt battery pack and it extends the run time of the 20 volt pack.
