Buckshot: Glad you all had a good trip home. Our VR members from KY that came were WayneO (Wayne Wilson and wife Jackie) or Spider (Rex and Mary). Buddy: That was awesome news about your knees and Peg's back. Therefore you need to come here every year! and glad you made it home ok. That was very nice of Raymond and Joan to open their home to you. Trader: We are NOT prejudice..you saw Canadians there, right? LOL. Actually, they are definitely the best! I didn't take the video, so you will need to ask Monty about that. All were welcome, so maybe the 1st Gens couldn't make the trip. ???? thanks again to all who came and made this the best meet ever! Thanks all for posting that you made it home. We appreciate all it took to be here..rearranging work schedules, using your vacation time at work, or just plain calling in sick (WHATEVER IT TAKES, RIGHT?). And THEN sweating in the heat to enjoy a simple lunch and empty your pockets..you DID empty them, right? LOL. We just can't thank you enough and we LOVED the surprise guest. It was a HUGE success. We had 48 for dinner Friday night. THEN we had 84 on Saturday at the Meet n Eat. This one surpassed all expectations. We had the best turnout ever, the best group ever, and the most awesome donations from our very best friends. Want to thank you Aussie Annie and Alan for sending us a package of gifts to help raise even more money. DaveCB won the stebel horn (and carbon_one donated the brackets & wiring harness for mounting). Thank you ALL very much. It was a bit hard for me to make the rounds with everyone and chat for a few, but gave it my best shot. Ended the day with a ride to DQ (Big Tom: You shoulda been here my friend!!). I also want to thank EUSA1 for giving me a ride on his scoot. Been a while since I got to ride a 2 wheeler. While I enjoy the thrill of the 2 wheel on occasion, I still love our trike. But it was fun all the same. States represented: Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and of course Tennessee. I can't forget my favorite guys and gals from Canada!! What a long way to drive and visit us. This is their 2nd trip down and we appreciate that so much!! I want to thank Carbon One and Joyce for coming down early and helping us get set up. Without friends and family we could not have been ready in time. I'm not sure what to set our goals at for next year. Not sure how we can surpass this one...but we are definitely going to give it a shot!! Unless something comes up we will be there...then heading south to Florida. Going to be a long ride / vacation for us. Meeting kids / grandkids in Orlando for a little vacation. Maybe even going to Key West for a day. We are signed up on the calendar, thanks for the reminder Don

all those trips we took to Jason's when he was stationed at Columbus AFB...we never knew there were donuts and steak on the way. Well crap!! Now he's at Whiteman AFB in Knob Noster, MO. Maybe Don and I will have to take a ride to Corinth. thanks! Patti

Hey folks...the meet n eat is just over 2 weeks away. I need a head count so we know how much food to have. If you prefer bar.b.q over fish, let me know that too. also need to know if you are going to make it for dinner Friday night so we can give the restaurant a head count. You have to let HIM do that! Otherwise you are getting me in trouble. Don is always wanting me to clean the bike but I just don't have time. so don't pay the cable / satellite bill so he will get out of the house and work on the bike himself. Stop cooking...he will have to take you out for dinner and you can tell him only the bike has gas. so you will have to ride the bike. Tell him B2Mom and B2dad are having a M & E in May and you want to ride down here and visit with us. (How's that?) Good luck! Patti

Was hoping you were going to make it for our M & E this year. The whole family will miss you as well. We will keep the home fires burning awaiting your return (including the fire pit with the s'mores). LOL. Pray all goes well in court or hopefully you can settle before it goes to court.
