Three guys always played golf together. They decided one year that the next Christmas they would all meet to play golf on Christmas day. They figured they would have the whole course to themselves and could play as much as they liked. Next Dec 25 they all meet at the golf course. They ask the first guy how he did it. He said " I gave my wife two airline tickets to Paris and promised to take her shopping there next month. I also gave her a diamond bracelet. It was expensive but worth it." The second guy says " I bought my wife a new Mercedes and a diamond necklace and earrings. It was expensive but worth it." The third guy says " you guys are nuts. It didn't cost me a dime. All I did was roll over, smack her on the ass and say " It's a great day for sex or golf" and here I am.":cool10:

Ok, it is time to buy a backrest. I need your help. Diamond Accessories or Utopia? In the picture they look almost the same. Either one looks like it would match the stock seat. I know how the Utopia mounts but not the Diamond Acc. I think they both fold for access to the passenger seat. Can they be easily removed without hardware sticking out in between the seats? Can they be pretty much universally adjusted, and more important, will they stay there? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Any one know what center to center dimension of leveling Links are...from diamond R

Received the leveling links last week. Diamond R is good to do business with. Installed them this morning and just drove about 5 miles to office. Feels like I am sitting on an elephant. Will find out later how it handles.

Iam looking at the Diamond R light rails, does it come with rails or do you need to get them from Yamaha. From photos they look different but Diamond R photos dont show them with the kit Thanks:confused24:

Started polishing the front wheel tonight. I think about 5 hours and 20 bucks will get it as close to chrome as it can be without the chrome cost. Lower part was done in about 30 minutes Used a course steelwool then a fine and finally the Diamond Brite Truck box polish from Lowes. You can see the results in the pics. I did not do the painted part and probably won't as you can hardly see it with the hub cap on.

I need a luggage rack for the tour pack on my 2006 Venture. I really like Diamond R products but cannot bring up their site. Can anyone recommend a rack, other than Yamaha's? I would prefer a small chrome rack, as I hate to ruin the lines of the motorcycle. I have ridden for a year without a rack, but now need somewhere to bungie on folding chairs for concerts.

My black cherry 2006 Venture needed very little to make it complete. I did want cup holders, fore and aft, and a rider backrest, so I contacted Diamond R for both. The backrest went on without a hitch, as per directions. No drill and a perfect fit. The rest adds a lot of comfort to my ride. The cup holders also were made to fit my bike and look great. I have gotten a fair number of compliments on these holders, along with some, "Where'ja get them?" I am happy with Diamond R's products and service and do not hesitate to recommend them to all. The only thing that I would like to see on the Venture is a reverse gear, ala the "Wing". With the weight of the Venture, I really do have to be careful where I park, so that I do not have to back the heavy beast up any sort of grade to get out. Otherwise, I really do enjoy this bike. I have owned many bikes since 1959, to include seven Harleys. If I need to buy another bike, it will be a Venture.
