Looked at the weather its going to be warm and lets hope the rain stays away I see 30 percent for here on Satarday. I know that there are those that are coming to ride on Satarday. My question is how long of a ride should be planed I have a few diffrent routes picked out. I would like to be back here 1 hour before dark to set up the food. Give me some feed back. Is there anyplace that people want see like the over look at Genoa or a ride to Wildcat Mt. Both can be done and maybe get in a rustic road or two. Orlin

You can take Hwy 14 to Viroqua from Richland Center its just a little shorter to take 56 and you dont have to be in a hurry.

Jeff When you get to Richland Center you can take Hwy 80 North to Hwy 56 and come to my house that way its has a few more curves and hills but its a good road and a bit shorter to my place. Orlin

Its getting close I will be cleaning the shop this week end and getting the campground ready. And I was down at the campground and that creek monster came out of the creek and went in the corn and started his laps threw the corn. You can try 2 or 3 brats but then he will want that many all of the time, I only give him the one and he seems happy.

He likes to sneek out of the creek and get a brat or burger when no one is looking, and if the corn is up he likes to run out of there and scare the you know what out of ya. Had it done to me before. I would just take a brat with you if you go for a walk and you will be fine.

nope never seen a pond monster here, but there is something that walks the creek late at night. We have seen it many times. And he loves to visit campers.

Yep going to be a warm one, should be nice riding. good thing is we should have shade going up the river to LaCressent. Steve and me went and swept off the corners and intersections and put up sighns and arrows so we can find our way.

I used to get Anti Fog it was called for my glasses and gun scopes, you may be able to get it at a sporting goods shop it worked well but I havent been able to find it around here now. I had pledge on my windsheild last weekend and seemed to a good job and we were in the rain all afternoon. Have a safe ride Orlin

This is the Cancer Schmancer ride on June 9th we will be Starting in Lacrosse Wi, and ending in LaCresent Mn it will be around a 130 mile ride if we have to split it up into groups we will be needing a couple of leaders this is short notice.If you can and would like to come and help out you can let me know or LCT Steve is what he goes by on here. or you can go to Great ride for Great Cause here in the watering hole and it is on the calender. So how do you bill someone for this I had to take carbs off and put a diffrent set on replaced the tank filters and lines. glad I had the extra parts here for a fast repair. Now I have a set of dirty carbs a tank to get cleaned out. Had I not been able to do the work and taken it to a shop and had all of this done just think of what that bill would have been. I cant say I have ever seen anything like the stuff that I got in the fule you can see in the tank up to where the fule was it turns to a brown powder when it drys you can wipe it off and the tank is clean. I opend up the carbs and they are full of this stuff. The owner is a nice guy and we grew up in the same area and I dont want him to think that I am trying to take advantage of him over this. I am thinking of going to a shop and get a estimate and charge him half of what that bill would have been, I think that would be fair.
