    nO Maniac , I had 8200, when I got a nail in the rear on the stock Brickstones. Now I have 27929 k on the odemeter. Hell the front still has 1/8" left on the tread. I"m loving my Avons., Guess i"m driving like Mr. Magoo LOL

    Hi All, well I could not be happy with performance or mileage on my Avon Venoms. I've gotten 19k out of mine, an well wouldn't be replacing them but got a screw in the front tire just before Freebirds maintenance day which grounded me for the weekend but I'm runnin on plug I installed , just ordered my new ones from southweat Moto just now. So should have new skins by next week installed an ready to go for another 19k plus. Love them, also, I'm vertically challenged so the tires helped with my low speed handling problem, I was ready to sell the bike but I found this Wonderful site an people an they gae me what I needed to stay in the game. Best damn bike I've ever owned an the people whom i've met , what a bonus!

    HI everyone THanks again for the info, I keep getting Winter Braindamage So I am looking for the HB rating vs. VB rating what's the differance , load or speed rating.

    OH Hell Yeah, not just for the bike itself but the People I've encountered because of it. The "Best of the Best". Great bike for the price , navigator is most comfortable , an we still look like a motorcycle not a plastic spaceship with automotive reverse on it.

    Hi everyone, the Landpig here, well I would like purchase some new shoes for my Pig, an just checked SoutwestMOto whom I purchased my smaller front tyre mod two years ago. They have it, but don't have the 150/90B16 rear on they're webiste. Has Avon changed the tyre code??

    Thx BradT,, it's been a while 2003 since i've gone to Canada, an well with all these stupid newcasts these days, scaring everybody. I'll bring me passport anyhow, I've got it , might as well use it . LOL Well I hope it don't rain, it looks like a good time either way

    you betcha, I'd love that the roads an company are Great up that way. That little , soda hop short of marysville is great. I plan on doing Freebirds again this jUne, best of times. Seeing everyone wrenching an havin a great time. Tooo bad I had to cut my time short, but family situtations dictate. It happens as we all get older.

    Hi everyone, hope your winter was special, Yeah Right. Michigan , well stunk, I can only imagine our Minnesota brethren's. Yikes or Wisconsin. Anyhow down to the Brass Tax , I need the links to our preferred business links we used to have the (brake pads., back rest, clutch suppliers) . We had a link to an ohio based dealer whom I purchased pads an Harley License plate bracket from with good results. I might have winter brain damage but cannot seem to find those links. Any help is much appreciated in advance, also the Avon Venom new tyre codes for the smaller front tire , rear tire combo. I just want to make sure by checking with the Group. Thanks in advance.

    I just put the Jc whitney one on two weeks ago. I appreciate being able to now see over the windshield during rainy rides. Really helped coming back from Don's this weekend. yes i've already fractured one of the mounting hole flanges on install an that wasn't even over tigtened. But I like the look of it an suits me with my non freeway driving. For the price it was worth it for me. Now I just have to see how much passenger buffeting it gives???

    Any Walmart or auto store carries them, they're great, no lint residue left behind after wiping.

    Are the Road King mufflers any lighter than RSV stock ones? I know that the BUBS, say they are half the weight. just wondering.

    I ditto Roadkills, statement I just put the AVons with 130 frt. What a differance. the Bike is so light to throw around the corners now. Love it. Thx.
