We are fresh meat processors, and sell our products at farmers' markets and our store. This is one of the reasons NOBODY wears finger nails, paints them, put on excessive makeup, or puts on perfume. Not me, but a customer of ours found a head of a frozen turkey stuck in the large cavity of the bird. It was set so that when a person would reach into the cavity their finger or fingers would slide right into the open beak. Needless to say, they didn't eat turkey for Christmas, and the companies flooded them with other tangible things. CCW if you're looking at it from the back, left side,, now if you're looking at it from the other left it will be CCW, but if your' looking at it from the front from where you can't see it, it will be CW from either side.
