I think that we are relating quite personal here, in other words: are you ready, or what are you going to do, or how can you handle it if it should happen. Now throw in the rest of humanity, as Puc says, water is most important, but food will be a close second, and with today's mentality, that's tomorrow, because I am hungry and haven't eaten since this morning! How will you fare out in your neighbourhood? If there is little water and no food, then what's the use of staying or holding to rules? Folks will soon realize what's important, as do the refugees leaving Syria, Myanmar, Haiti, or many other places around the world. There is no future, only death where they are now, so they move on. They are at least somewhat looked after and that is better than where they were, but if they need to and have the tools, they could or would start shooting very soon.

I was thinking about it this morning and now other things got in the way. I never put it away, just park it til next time.

Somebody pulling on both ends of that road? could be a couple of Dutchmen!

My wife thinks I'm getting old, or older, and that my ear are getting more fragile, so she speaks carefully mostly.

Flag needed a rest. I usually do, but this was taking up a lot of room, so out it went. Should be pretty I hope! Meter shouldn't be too too bad, all four lengths draw less than 3 amps (about 350 watts) and they are only lit for about 7 hrs a day. It's probably worth the price to do as I was told. You know what happens when momma ain't happy.

It's good to have that missing feeling, yes it hurts and there is an empty spot now, but if you didn't miss her (and lots of folks don't miss them) then she would not have had the input into your life as she obviously did. Celebrate what you had with her and blessings as you go forward. -
When the shlt hits the fan we'll all be in big KaKa. If we have lots of stuff in prep, it won't be long for the whole neighbourhood to show up for their share. People act different when they are hungry and know where there is food,,, all the rights we think we have, will flush down the drain asap. Even if we grow our own garden, the produce will disappear before it's even half ready for the picking, even a shot gun will do little in deterrent. The way I see it, if the fan gets stopped then we'll all be in poop together and will have to figure a way to push the flush handle.

So Marca came up with a new idea seeing as we now have a collapsible flag pole. Her and her ideas!!!!!!,,, I think it's nice though. Flag pole is 20' high. 190' of rope light, 13' of ready rod, couple of nuts and washers and screws, a few tent pegs, a piece of aluminum angle and a piece of plexiglas.

Had a moose ride on the back of my 85 for quite a few years and then this year after our trip to Minden, moose country, there she was,,, GONE!!! As far as what might have stopped a first gen??? only thing I can say is that you waited too long to get going. These scoots don't like to sit waiting and looking nice, they want to be ridden. Now for a real answer, I would check out the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay. My relay gave me an issue once and then cleared up,, I got a spare, put it in a saddle bag and never used it. And oh, in the process of checking out the problem I did drop the original on the floor but I did not step on it or kick it, just put it back in. Of course this did not stop it from turning over, for that I might check the clutch switch first and the sidestand switch second. -
The only bike show I need is right here in my garage. Is the a better place to show my bike?

It would be my guess that it would 'clump' by your description. -

We missed most of that storm, got a bit of rain and a little wind, nothing like what was forecasted. Guess it all stayed south of the lake and you got the bundle. If I was closer I'd come and give you a hand to clean up, but then I'd probably have more to do as well. For the snow, we're ready,,, bring it on!!!

I really don't want to say this, it might jinx my luck,,, but I'm with Condor. I only call, receive calls and text on my cell, hardly a spam in my history. When I do get one it goes on my reject list. Now my land line is a whole different story altogether. For $70 a month that thing is going places soon, a very long holiday!!

That's because it was not a 'U' turn. It was a scenic tour. A 'U' turn would get you going back where you came from, we did a circle turn which put us in exactly the direction in which were originally headed. Actually it was to explain to my passenger where we first lived when we moved into this country. She enjoyed that.
-
Well now, that explains a lot!!!

ALLLL RIGHT!!! so building an addition can wait for a while then yet?

It sure was, problem at this time of year a feller can't plan too far ahead, too many things on the go, and weather seems to change it's mind on the go. Harold, Phil and I with my granddaughter went from here to Elfrida, along the escarpment to Effingham, had lunch at Lazy Loon, crossed the penninsula to Lake Erie and then ended up in Dover, home at 6 for me and Harold, maybe 7 for Phil. It was a grand day!!!!

Soak pads with transmission or hydraulic fluid mixed with acetone.
-
Plan on going for a 'day' ride tomorrow. Leave home about 10, back around 6 or 7. Going to see what's happening in the Niagara Penninsula. Avoiding traffic and cities. Probably spend time on top of the escarpment. Might even sample Lazy Loon food on the way. Got room for more behind me still. Wanta come?

Wow!!!! that sure looks real nice. Kind of narrow though down the center isle I think, and what use are those air-horns, do you have enough air to run them (I think Puc might, but you?) And what's with all the air-conditioners, you planning on having hot stuff in there? and what are we going to do for Maintenance Day, where you gonna park? you not going to SNEAK into Canada with that eh? you gonna be days crossing the border with all that length for them to check out. Oh well. It'll work somehow. ENJOY!!!
