We had such a blast, didn't we!? Thanks to Sleeperhawks Mechanic for putting it together and letting us raid your home. The food was fabulous, as always! I didn't get my hugs from Mini and the VA boys on the last leg......not acceptable...we'll have to schedule a make up visit. Hope to see you again soon!

Thermos really is awesome! We need a little more water and found the 26 oz Intak Stainless Hydration Bottle #HS4030SCH6 to be almost perfect. No straw however . We removed the cap and the rubber piece that keeps it attached and added a sport bottle straw to the spout. I haven't seen it in a store but Thermos has it online for $22.99. They sure do keep ice solid for a long time, it's been a minimum of 24 hours in our experience. Just thought I'd share for any of you that might want another excellent option. Peace, Wendy

Waiting for justice is a killer but no matter what happens in court he still has to pay for his actions in the end. Know that your support and acknowledgement is the best thing for Haylie. Survivors biggest stumbling blocks are the lack of these two things from their loved ones. You all are in my prayers.

Hi, I have worn hearing aids for what seems like forever (35 years or so) but finding a good audiologist/hearing aid dispenser can be maddening. Yes, they cost way to much but see if you can find someone who will offer unlimited hearing aid batteries for the life of the aid. That and a good warranty will help make swallowing the expense much easier. I can't answer your question about channels but I can add that with a severe to profound loss don't let anyone scam you into thinking you can get anything other than a behind the ear hearing aid. I've tried all of the available sizes in recent years and with that level of loss the behind the ear aid is the only one that will give you the power you need without getting feedback. If you have the loss in both ears get two hearing aids, it really makes a difference. The digital programable aids are wonderful and can provide you with settings that can be even be successfully worn with your helmet on. Please remember that even with the best hearing aid, your hearing will not be 100% but with a powerful BTE aid you should get close. Good Luck!

Hey Muffin Man, I am so sorry for leaving you out of the thank yous! We would have been really bad off if it wasn't for your cell tech support and final tweaks to get us home. Thanks again for all everyone did to make this event a great one. Mini, you gotta tell Bug to let me bring my camera on the road. He barely lets me bring my purse. We'll work on him... Poor Rooster, I thought Duke was having a bad day. Good luck with it. Sorry we missed you.

Bug and I made it home safely. We really enjoyed all the new faces and ol' friends. Thanks to Riderduke for getting the VA riders together for the great ride and to Craig and Randy for getting the event together. Sign us up for those shirts!
