    heading out in about 24 hours . Feel like a kid at xmas. First real bike trip in a couple years. Long overdue.

    Its funny how quick we are to bash an HD , but not one time did I read about any agency looking at a Venture for a police vehicle . (funny) I know its because they are to fast or some other dumb reason besides their just about 10 years behind on technology.

    It was just a money thing here in Michigan. HD doesnt need to cut anybody a deal. Their bikes will sell no matter how much they charge for them . I can say that Ive had mine well over 100 and it didnt take me nowhere near 30 seconds to get there.

    I used them for my wheels and didnt have any problem with them. They did a great job and the wheels still look great . I did strip the wheels because I wanted my wheels back not someone elses. It took longer than I wanted but it was not during riding season so no big deal.

    I have one and never used it . The Shiny One had a chrome center stand so it wouldnt work. If anybody wants to make an offer I will send it to them.

    I have a 2009 f150 and its the best pick up Ive owned . The ride is great and I get 21 mpg on the highway . no problems of course its the chrome addition haha

    Just made our finale plans for our trip. Big Mike and I will be in Sturgis on Aug. 5th . We have been talking about doing this for 10 years and its finally going to happen . I can't wait to get out there. I was out there in 1971 and need to refresh the memories of some of the stuff I seen at six. Now I need to make some 47 year old memories. Are we going to catch up to any VR members there for some fun ?

    Just a quick note, Big Mike is selling his 2000 RSV with 30,000 for 6700.00 . I think he will go down a couple hundred. Its on craigslist here in MIchigan . think his number is still here in his profile.

    Being 20 miles from Flint I can't believe how bad it has gotten there. They need to send in the National Guard to these places and clean them up.
