  1. I hope it helps and you are on your way back up.
  2. i spent a whole weekend one time putting in an amp and re-wired the whole system , it helped a little with the extra 250 watts but it wasnt worth it. I think I still have the stuff I spent a couple hundered on if someone wants to make an offer. I believe Don also tried it. The bottom line is the speakers are to small .
  3. I will also help out because this could happen to any of us anytime.
  4. That is still a steal at 5000 without even seeing it. Joe Im glad you waited so long to find another bike. haha . It must be Summer there already.
  5. Glad to hear it Carlos, now get better quick before Mike wants his bike back
  6. Joe I would drive there to pick it up for 3000. I sold mine for 12,ooo last March with 22,000 miles
  7. I have pictures of my old 2004 MRSV head covers somewhere . I had to go through a company in Vegas in 2006 . They had a patent at the time .
  8. That is a heck of a trade up in a motorcycle, night and day difference. The HDs do hold value but the Sporty's don't do well especially if it was an 883. Your going to love the change I was on a 2004 for 8 yrears.
  9. 32s are the best. I would love find one to fix up.
  10. We like the last day because we have found some good deals on stuff that the venders didn't want to reload.

  13. I have the 6.2 in my 2012 F150 and love it so far. Ive only put about 1500 miles on it but it has plenty of power.
  14. that looks like fun, get one Dave so I can try some of those moves
  15. 70 sounds good 120 I would rather have -2 . Have a good trip Joe.
  16. Yah it's days like this I want to punch Al Gore, but it's good for business.
  17. -2 here today with a high of 10.
  18. We have a company around here that does septic systems. On the back of there truck it says " The Number One Company in The Number Two Business " To funny
  19. No argument here because the bike I decide to ride is the best one out there and everyone should follow my lead:rotf: If I had the time I would probably have 10 bikes
  20. It does take time to get to know all the HD models. I will say it again . I think this RGU is the best bike Ive been on , and if you dont like the way it runs you open an HD catalog and let your fingers do the walking or with a 100 other company's that build parts for them . Don't think for a minute that HD doesn't know that we are going to spend money on upgrades. To bad you can't buy a kit to make a Venture 150 hp but you can for a HD.
  21. I never had good luck with any stainless pieces on bikes or cars. It scratches really easy. If it's going to be shiny it has to be real chrome for me.
  22. I was wearing my colors
  23. Your right about the choices, Im not sure if my build will be just to beat a 1st Gen or just go right for the R1s . Im looking forward to some rides with you guys his summer.
  24. Larry told me at the meet that he thinks Im over doing it with the HD thing a little. Like he can talk When have I been known to over do anything..
  25. I would buy this bike if I were you Dave. I just want to ride it once. Very nice looking bagger. I just love the look. Kawasaki has a bagger too.
