You guys need to remember especially the ones that have never owned a Vtwin ( which is most of you). That its not the 70's or 80's anymore. Just because your hippy buddy had a kick start 1970 pan head that wouldn't run half the time doesn't have anything to do with todays HD.

who was it that wanted to show me how bad a V4 could whoop an HD . I will be ready for that challenge very soon . I have two more 20 minute AT runs to do with my Power Vision and a couple more reflashes to my ECM and Im ready to show you what a simple Vtwin can do. I had a hard time not getting crazy with it last night I can feel that the front end just wants to leave the ground. 500 mile break under 2500 rpms is a hard thing to do. Should be around 110 hp and 125 tq. Worth the two weeks of work for sure.

I had a chrome center stand on my RSV and with that type of lift I just rolled under the bike. Did you get a table lift Dan or just the little one.

Is the AIS system plugged up or disconnected. That was one of the first things I did to mine when it was new. Check and make sure it's not coolant.

Great lift in my opinon , I paid 261.00 out the door for mine.

When I rode my RGU for the first time it felt 200 lbs lighter than the RSV . Night and day difference in the low speed handeling

I went through the dragon almost as fast as you guys on my 04 because my breaks were glazed over and I couldn't slow down anyways... lol. It's scary when your brakes aren't working.

Most people that have an opinion of a HD or any other bike never have had or rode anything but the dirt bike they had when they were kids and then in there mid-life crisis buys a bike to big for them. ,bottom line . I love the stories of the guys that have been riding for forty years. "I had a minibike when I was 10 then when I turned 50 I bought a 2000.00 touring bike, probably a 1st gen and took over the world and got an opinion about bikes I cant afford." I would bet money that know one could stop there RSV faster than I could stop my Roadglide. ABS is a great thing to have on a motorcycle. When it comes to a panic stop they can't be beat. They are not like cars.
