I finished installing 4 of my 6 new J&M speakers and 500 watt J&M amp last night. All I can say is WOW. I dont even have the nose back on yet and its sounds great. I can feel the air from the front speakers on my face while sitting on the bike. The last 2 speakers are going in the lower fairing. Had to get this done because Big Mike is bringing his bike over tonight for some major fun stuff. We are changing his engine from a 96ci to a 103ci and mine is going from a 103ci to a 107ci , new jugs , pistons, lifters, push rods, cams. New maps for the ECMs . Bring on Brown Sugar as soon as I can figure out how to keep the front wheel on the ground. The wife thinks Im nuts

If someone has a product that is a good seller and they make a ton of money off it why wouldn't you want to get on the band wagon. We all know HD is the king of motorcycles that's why we compare everything to them. I had a 1983 Honda 900ss back in the day and this reminds of it. Suzuki , Kawasaki and Honda all had bikes like this. To me it looks more like a retro look-a-like, like they are doing with a lot of the cars. The gas tank and the exhaust is nothing like a sportster.

How about a reunion at Potato Creek with a video cam for a reenactment Owl. I have a ton of pictures. It would be really cool to be able to go back and read some of those old threads. What fun it was building this site up. What's it been now about nine years Don?

I would look for a rear one to match, just doesnt do anything for me when people only do the front. You can see the rear wheel. I chromed both of my stock wheels back in 2005. Then last year I had both of stock roadglide wheels chromed

Going to watch my daughter Kailah #7 s.s start her 5th and finale softball season today. They start palying Saturday so Im going over to see whats started for bike week first. She has been playing since the age of 8 now 22, going to be very sad when this season is over. GO CARDINALS

Every year this thread starts and goes the same way. Sooner than later it will change and somebody will be right. One of the reasons I went to HD is because it seems they are always working to improve there product. (ready for the joke they need to.) They would have a better place in the touring market but obviously they dont care . Yamaha is a huge corp.
