4. Yeah, my good friend passed away from it last year with a PSA level at 838. not sure how hight the numbers go up to. He was 52. and worked at his job until the last day as well. worked Friday and passed Saturday morn.
5. Way to go SilvrT ! Looks Great! now what ya gunna do with that player? We need to start another thread about that ! How to destroy them maybe?
6. Squid, I thought that if you paid the full price from the vender he did have the hole installed in the vmax rear-end correct?
7. Red, *LOL* you the man, I like the micros. just keep them coming . Great prices as well. and look pretty well made. THANKS!
8. Or Squidley yeah that!
9. Lower gear ranges, better when running in fith gear etc. I am sure Freebird will chime in here in a bit.
10. Squidley, is there a way to add your info you just posted to the bottem of Don's write-up as another alternitve rear end swap >? I never knew that , great info! Jeff
11. Yep, tri-wing is a great kit. as mentioned above. I almost went that route as well: real close, but went the other way instead. but that is me,and yes Hanniagn will empty your wallet too! but loving every minuite of the Trike world now. as I am sure you will. Give Larry a call, great guy and he will tell you all about them, and what to do and not to do. Jeff
12. AL & Diane , Thanks for sharing that. awesome. one day I will get to ride again *pout* I needed to see that. Thanks, Jeff
13. Mike, Look at the bottom of this tech article. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=13266 most that have done this really love it. I almost di dit, then I triked, mine gear ratio is about the same as the vmax swap now. good luck and let us know what you think. Jeff
14. RED, that is were I wanted to put it, And my wife said NO WAY! Sheesh glad I asked her. she says it is to small for that spot. I would never here the end of it. She also made me remove the Hannigan Decal off the back as well. Seems to look better with out it. but I would never tell her that.
15. Sailor is absolutely right! If mine was not found when I was I would have 3 more years left to live. They figured that I got mine around the age of 45, they found it on a fluke at 50. I am now 55, PSA checks are ONLY a blood test most men think that they (well you know) , it is just a blood test and you are allowed one per year on your insurance. there are no signs of prostate cancer to detect until it is to late. Your prostate is kind of like an egg. it first starts in the yoke, then travels to the white, and then what is not a good thing is it breaks through the Shell. then from there goes into the Lymph nods , well then it is chemo time etc. Mine was almost to the shell , but still in the white. I am so happy for you Sailor! What is your score now, PM me if you wish. Thanks. Jeff
16. very nice! I love the bike too!
17. And yet another great tip.. Thanks! I will look into them as well. These are REALLY BRIGHT for the chrome? So you have them mounted on under your tank?
18. Wow, now that is what I am talking about! Expensive, but looks like a simple install to work with, and very well made. thanks for the tip.
19. I Just completed the install on the addition of the two extra lights on the rear of my Hannigan like 1-UP and B2DAD had done, show here. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=44683 It is a great addition to the trike and really lights up the rear even more. even looks like they belong in that spot. My FYI is that I noticed when taking the Adapters apart is how much dirt came out of them. So when I added the new lights I made two "Y" Adapters that I picked up at the computer store, as Hannigan uses the same connectors for that connection. I blew the dirt out of the original connectors cleaned them up and added die-electric grease on all the parts then connected the (y) adapters, then added silicon sealer to the top and bottom of all the wires going into each connector. Not sure if I ever would have noticed this if not adding the additional lights in the future. but seems it could be a problem of corrosion in the future. even if your not adding the extra lights I would check them and seal them a little better, Just my 2cents worth. (these connectors are the type that would be on your power supply in you computer) They had a strange look when I told them at the computer store I needed them for my motorcycle Happy Triking, Jeff
20. Thanks Squid! OK , everybody show a picture were your putting them. The logos seem that they match your bike color as well. There all differant? (the color in the star section) I would like to find more of them. in my color and I would buy them. I also would love to see a picture were Ponch placed his on the grill as I have a wagner grill as well.
21. I guess there is quite a few cassette players on the shelf now. I always thought that logo on the cassette player was kind of cool, After removing it and adding gauges I took the logo off and put it here. My new star license plate holder add 3M backing tape and your good to go! Now to put the cassette player in the tackle box for a line weight for the fishing poll.
22. WOW, This is strange. I was just going to start a thread asking the same thing. I even made an order for some LED's From Oznium.com , but I do not like the workmanship of there product and I am returning it., there were no instructions on the controller , it was a mess. having said that! I want to know PART NUMBERS/LINKS and what product has been used and has been used for this application as well and that is good Quality. I have been to superbright , but I am confused on what strip to purchase. All I nee to is Strips 9 to 10 inches long for under my gas tank , one on each side. I already have seen what the Million Colors look like and I am not impressed Now down to the (what color over the chrome) RED or BLUE? How did you attach the product? (goop?) Velcro? etc. did you get water-proof? I can figure out the switch and wire part. Thanks For Any Help as well. Jeff
23. These blocks are the harder type foam that would be in a box like when shipping a computer or something. I did not receive the blocks as well. found some harder foam at work to use. the blocks will rest in the space between the knee blocker and the top of the air filter housing. (wedge it in place) for the down-ward) deflection. Make since? Here is a picture, Jeff
