1. Yay! Finally have a pic of the two of us on the motorcycle now. Thanks!
2. A wedding? Who? Who? Who? That would be cool! Here are my pics: http://www.tigeress.net/pork2009/index.html And in case you want to reminisce about past PIPs: 2008:http://www.tigeress.net/pork2008/index.html 2007:http://www.tigeress.net/pork2007/index.html 2006:http://www.tigeress.net/pork2006/pork2006.html
3. You definitely need to use a tripod. Some helpful info on moon pics can be found here: http://www.nyip.com/ezine/outdoors/eclipse.html Scroll down the the "Exposure" section. You'll need to put the camera in manual (M) mode to set the F-stop and shutter speed.
4. I think fried rooster should be on the menu too.
5. Don't you mean Sept 4th thru Sept 7th?
6. I don't have personal experience with either of these, but here are a couple links that might be helpful: http://www.ljtrikes.com/trikeparts.htm These guys are in MN. http://btw-trikers.org/uploads/classifieds/clad_show.php?num=4079&tab=2
7. Cute!
8. If the Baron guys can deliver on that statement, I would be ecstatic! Considering the fact that we are going on a week long trip at the end of this month, and I was really looking forward to more legroom with the new boards. [quote=juggler;249066 The good news is that we really care about what we do and I am certain we have a floorboard product that does provide the extended legroom you are looking for and one that you will be 100% satisfied that I will happily provide to you. I look forward to hearing from you and getting you and your wife riding in more comfort. Regards, John "Baron" Vaughan-Chaldy Baron Custom Accessories
9. I was so disappointed when Juggler put the new board on and it was higher. The last thing I need is a higher board. My height is irrelevant. What matters are where to put my legs and feet. From crotch to floorboard is 33" for me.
10. Thanks again, Gary and Anne, for opening your place up to all of us. Thanks also to Kris for roasting the pig. And Black Owl for the chili and all the pig fixings. Big Bob was on all of our minds this weekend, and I hope he recovers quickly. It was great seeing everybody. It was also great that we didn't have a drop of rain all weekend. I do think we should add one thing to the menu for PIP 2009....deep-fried rooster! I think everyone who camped this year will agree with me on that one. I didn't take a ton of pictures, but here is the link: http://www.tigeress.net/pork2008/
11. I have some I could donate. They're kinda "girlie" but there are women in the service too, so I'm sure they could get used. Would you like matched stationery too? Or just cards?
12. Is your cousin the architect, Antoine Predock? http://www.predock.com/
13. It looks like the little brother of the REAL "Biker Build Off" Exile trike. http://www.exilecycles.com/index.php?section=25
14. So now you're an alcoholic instead. :rotf:
15. A few flurries here, but nothing that even made it to the ground.
